BOLZANO GREAT APARTMENT IN VILLA

In Bolzano-Gries, very large apartment in villa with garden (private access) There are two bedrooms, one double, one with a 2 single or 1 double bed 2 bathrooms (one with shower, bidet, sink and toilet), another with only a toilet. A large ans spacious livingroom with 50' led tv and an very confortable kitchen..... When used by two people only in winter season the second bedroom will be kept closed. In case of use (in winter with heating) the second room costs 7 euros more per night.

Thanks to the central location of the chalet, you can start your holiday activities in summer as well as in winter directly from the accommodation by foot. The house was only completed in the spring of 2024 and is entirely available to our guests. The living area is divided into 2 levels and can accommodate up to 4 people. The house overlooking the Dolomites opposite is the ideal starting point for longer and shorter hikes.
