I ALLOW ME TO STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE SMALLEST AND CHEAPEST CAR, TO MOVE INDEPENDENTLY, AS IN OUR AREA PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND TAXIS ARE NOT COFORTABLE Villa Pasta The villa was built in the early XIX cen- tury and was bought in 1830 by the famous opera singer Giuditta Pasta hosting space for its several guests. In the park the fol lowing built: the studio painting of Clelia, Giuditta's daughter, who attended the Brera Academy in Milan; the cafe-house, a small cave to cool in the summer; the wooden theater where Giuditta practised singing. Captain Wilhelm Locke, grandson of the famous philosopher, drowned in front of his wife and other guests in the lake area in front of the villa. Later his daughter erected a gravestone in his memory. In the small ceme- tery of Blevio it is possible to visit the grave of Giuditta Pasta who died in 1865.

We booked Ugo's home for one reason.... the view. It did not disappoint. We drank our morning coffees and ate our meals on the balcony. We actually went to a restaurant with an amazing view, but after we left, we stated we should have just cooked and ate outside the house since it is so private. Ugo provided coffee, which was highly appreciated! We bought the wrong coffee at store. The fruit platter was amazing and ate at every meal. Oh, I made orange juice and was delicious! We were given directions to free parking in bellagio. Plus, we got a flat tire and Ugo helped direct is where to repair it. Overall, go for the view amd don't leave the house! Unless you want to walk to town to get coffee, fresh meats, and gelato but go directly back!

The area is quiet, bus stop right outside the door but still no noise from buses etc. We were lucky to park right outside the door in the white marked parking spaces (free). The apartment is so beautiful, clean and safe. There are a lot of small details and it’s clear that Anika and Florentin want their guests to have a relaxing and wonderful time. From the decor to the amenities everything was perfect. The hosts provided us with recommendations to a gelateria and a restaurant, and these places absolutely made our trip. Right in the heart of Como City. When I couldn’t figure out how to open the door Marcelo came within 10 minutes and made sure I knew how to open it right. Felt very safe, exactly like the pictures. If I ever come to Como again I would definitely stay with Marcello the place is just so cute and cozy I felt right at home.

It was a wonderful apartment with astonishing views from all rooms and even the bathroom. Designed with care and good taste. With attention to the details. Perfectly clean and a lot of sunlight. Welcome drinks, snacks, and even local cake were a pleasant surprise. Thank you, we will definitely come back.

Perfect stay, the apartment is perfect, the views are sublime. Even better than in the photos! And that's rare. I would 100% recommend this listing.
