Alessandra went above and beyond. From the most clear instructions and attention to detail, to the recommendations and little extras. They are certainly the best hosts we’ve had and made things very easy for us. The location was great, not too touristy but close enough for everything to be very easy to get around 😊

Fantastic stay in San Giovanni. Absolutely stunning views of the lake, and well worth the hike up the road to get there. The home is gorgeous, well maintained, and excellent for small groups. Would highly recommend. That said, it’s not the most accessible if you don’t have a car to drive to the nearby towns, so make sure you bring your walking shoes if so! We loved walking around the beautiful, charming neighbourhood and the surrounding towns. About 20mins to get to Bellagio and there is also a bus. Marzia was extremely helpful and very responsive. A lovely host and very welcoming. We’ll be back!

The stay was perfect and Carla was constantly attentive to us. Everything went as planned and the instructions were very clear. The calm and magic of the landscapes are guaranteed. The rooms are very spacious and the only point that needs to be anticipated is shopping in Cannobio and having a car to access the apartment. I highly recommend The Tower to fully experience Lake Maggiore.

We had a wonderful stay in Elisabetta’s apartment in Bellagio. The apartment is really lovely, as per the photos (if not nicer in real life), plus you have the use of an outdoor balcony/courtyard (which was ideal for giving our small dog some outdoor space) with patio table and chairs. The location was perfect - right in the heart of the town and a stone’s throw from the ferry service, restaurants, shops and bars. Accessing the apartment by car is a little tight through the narrow ZTL area if you have a SUV-type car, but we were provided with extremely helpful instructions to guide us through. We also really want to highlight just how accommodating, kind and friendly Elisabetta was throughout our stay. She was always available, checked in on how our stay was going and really helped us out by providing us a place to store our luggage after we’d checked out. A standout host! 🩷 We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at “Anninas House” The place was perfect for our stay. It was beautiful, cosy, clean, and remained nice and cool in the heat. The bed was wonderful as was the shower. We had everything we needed. The location was ideal. We were close to the Lake, shops and the lovely restaurants nearby. The view from the front porch of the water was lovely. Varenna was amazing, we certainly didn’t want to leave. Maria was a friendly and responsive host.

the place looked like the pictures, was clean and you clould reach all the sights pretty well with the metro. there are a lot of resaurants really close by. communication was fast and easy.

We felt immediately comfortable in Irene's accommodation. The place is clean and well maintained. The view from the balcony is unique. In general, despite the other apartments, you had a lot of privacy, for example, by the pool. We can really recommend Irene's accommodation and look forward to coming back in a couple of years! I can’t imagine a better place to stay on Lake Como. The views of the lake from the balcony were a dream. We looked forward to having breakfast on the balcony every morning and soaking in those gorgeous views. There was plenty of room to stretch out in the apartment. The neighborhood was quiet, the space was clean and had a lovely but subtle scent to it. The sofa and king bed were very comfortable. The bed was firm enough to be supportive but not too hard. There was AC on both levels. Love that we could connect to our Netflix account. The walk to downtown is about 10 minutes and super easy going downhill- the walk back up the hill to the apartment wasn’t bad but I’d recommend wearing comfortable shoes. There are two restaurants within a shorter distance (maybe 3 minute’s walk) that offer breakfast and dinner. The pizza restaurant has great pizza. We absolutely love Anna’s place and would be thrilled to stay there again.

The villa was beautiful and clean, Marco was super nice and available for everything we needed. We were two couples of friends, just notice that one bedroom is actually in the living room so there is not much privacy for the couple staying in the living room. Other than that everything was great!

This Airbnb was the perfect spot for us while staying in Bellagio. It is a walk up a gradual incline so it is a little tricky with suitcases, but doable in under 20 mins! And well worth it—the Airbnb is gorgeous, it has a backyard, a balcony and the view is even better in person than the photos, and it was nice to be away from the crowds during the busy season. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the views. And the kitchen is quite large! We had all the amenities we needed to cook, and there’s a nearby grocery store. Loved it!

Sandra's small place was very clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather, but Sandra can't help it. Still, we felt comfortable. The beach "outside the door" is a pebble beach, so you should wear bathing shoes, otherwise it is a little uncomfortable. From the B&B you can take beautiful hiking tours. We will be happy to come back :)

We had a lovely stay! Studio is just like the photos - quite small but the private terrace more than makes up for it. It has shade and sun all day so you can spend all day relaxing if you so wish. The town is lovely and quaint. There was a bit of noise from neighbours (normal sounds of town life!) - it didn’t bother us but something to bear in mind. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and there were lovely welcome gifts of food and bubbly waiting for us. Would recommend!

A quiet, peaceful place with an amazing host — very helpful and highly responsive.

The space was wonderful and beautiful and everything we expected. Surprisingly quiet yet close to everything. If you want a getaway without getting too far away, stay here.

We enjoyed a full week at this beautiful apartment and loved every minute of it. Perledo is a peaceful and friendly village and we not only enjoyed the local cuisine but also to cook and relax in the apartment and on the terrace. You have everything you need and it is very clean and nice furnished. Thanks for this great holiday!

The apartment is very clean and spacious for our group (5 ppl). Everything is kept in an excellent condition and we had a fantastic stay. The location is about ~20 mins walk from the train station but it’s quite walkable. Alberto and his team are very responsive! The apartment ran out of coffee capsule and washing cap upon our check in and they immediately replenished them. Certainly recommend this place to those who travel to Como.

Elisa’s place exceeded our already high expectations. We were very excited prior to arrival due to the beautiful design seen in the listing photos, the property was even nicer in person. The work was very well done with every little detail thought of. Elisa was a fantastic host, always responding quickly with excellent recommendations and advice. We couldn’t rate this place any higher!

Very easy to communicate with the host through another messaging app and the apartment was amazing. We only stayed for one night but it was a good experience.

Our stay was great. The apartment has an incredible view, it's exactly as in the photos and the host always responded quickly. I highly recommend it!
