Fantastic house Very cozy, big, comfortable, big, super clean, renovated showers, it was really the best house I have ever rented! Above expectations! Will certainly return, and I warmly recommend this house!

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Thank you to Carmel and Yves for your kindness, authenticity and kindness, your beautiful and peaceful accommodation allowed us to spend wonderful moments of friendship and ... with the beautiful weather we were able to enjoy a magnificent terrace with a magical view. What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

What a perfect spot Jessica’s home is just a short walk into the village of Combloux which has all the amenities you would need (small supermarket/ cafes/ bakery/ restaurants etc) as well as so much outdoor activities on the doorstep - either by short drive or straight from the chalet. The chalet is so peaceful and the setting is so beautiful. We couldn’t stop admiring the view over Mont Blanc and surrounding mountains - incredible! We stayed here as a young family with a very active 10m old baby and it was perfect for us. We had everything we needed including high chair, travel cot, plates. Plus the setting was safe enough for her to explore with our supervision. Jessica met us at the property to welcome us and was helpful and flexible when we were delayed arriving from the airport, making it less stressful. A perfect first taste of the area and we are already talking about our next trip to visit again and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you 😊

Apartment as described and photos. The view of the Mont Blanc mountain range is beautiful. The bedding is very comfortable and the apartment is quiet, very warm and well-equipped. Please note that it is not necessarily necessary to come by car, the apartment is very close to the stop for free shuttles and buses to Sallanches and Megève. Julia's had a nice stay at Julia's.

Gwen's place is even nicer than the pictures look. Lovely bedrooms, nice kitchen / lounging area and fireplace. Also very conveniently located to the slopes! Less than a 1k walk. They were also able to set us up with ski rental that was extremely convenient.

A fantastic stay! Sébastien and Élodie are ultra responsive and very pleasant. The apartment is ideally located in Combloux, it corresponds 100% to the description and photos. The view of the mountains and Mont Blanc is amazing. We would of course and without hesitation recommend the apartment. We'll be happy to go back. Thanks again for hosting us. :)

It went very well at Christophe's who is very friendly and considerate! I would recommend this property ideally located in the village, 50 meters from the shuttle that goes to the slopes and passes every 15 minutes.

We had a lovely stay at Laetitia's, well arranged and very well equipped. We were 2 adults and 2 teens and the surface area was sufficient. The location was great and quiet with parking space and shops nearby. we will definitely come back.

Michelle offers a very pleasant place to live in, close to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. The accommodation is described, small but well equipped and very functional. In good weather, you have to take advantage of the sunny terrace of the garden. We had a very pleasant stay in Saint-Jorioz and, although we did meet our hosts, the communication was clear and very cordial. Michelle has offered games for children, bikes for walks and is very attentive to her tenants. Annecy is beautiful but also all the small villages around the lake. We particularly recommend the beach/pool of Saint Jorioz, within walking distance!

We've spent a great vacation in St. Jorioz at the lake - it really is a treasure. The cottage is situated right by the lake and offers great views of the mountains, the lake, and the paragliders flying over it. We've had our bikes with us and hardly used the car to get all around the lake. The Boulangerie du Lac is just a few minutes away and offers great french pastries for breakfast and sandwiches to take on trips, various rental places for sailboates and paddle boards at reasonable prices are also near by.

A wonderful house with a homely atmosphere, rich in amenities and equipment and good spacious rooms. charming dining area on a lovely terrace in the garden, all surrounded by lush nature on all sides and the lake a stone's throw away. There is great calm around the house. The area offers plenty of opportunities for entertainment and activities. The host is very welcoming and helpful. We would very much like to return.

Imagine the perfect vacation home by a lake: A place that immediately provides a feeling of well-being – lovingly furnished, a touch of Mediterranean lightness and warm details that speak of hospitality. The equipment leaves no wish unfulfilled, ranging from small moments of luxury to everything a family needs. Our children had countless opportunities to play in the garden and by the water – boredom did not exist here. In the evening, sitting on the terrace, watching the sun set over the lake while a discreet laugh echoes somewhere – we have rarely breathed as deeply as here. This was our best holiday. A place you want to come back to.
