Comfortable studio in a chalet near the center

Comfortable studio on the ground floor of a nice chalet, ideally located, close to the center of Sallanches ( 10 minutes walk, 3 minutes by bike), in a small quiet subdivision, at the end of a dead end. The lake of Passy is 10 minutes by bike, the first ski resort 20 minutes by car (Combloux), Chamonix 30 minutes. The studio has a small kitchenette equipped but summary, a separate entrance, a desk for work and a bathroom, as well as a beautiful view of the Mont Blanc and the Needle of Warens!

Rated 2 stars in furnished tourism, I offer my little 26 m2 paradise facing Mont Blanc, warm and equipped for 1 to 4 people located on the 1st floor of a chalet with balcony that will offer you a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc. 5 minutes from the ski slopes in winter (free shuttle in the residence) and heated pool in summer right in front of the chalet (open from July 1 to September 1). Village/Shops 8 km away, thermal baths and SNCF train station in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains 11 km away.

Cozy and romantic ground floor apartment in a comfortable Savoyard chalet: fully equipped kitchen, walk-in shower, separate toilet, sitting area with electric fireplace and underfloor heating, TV, office area in the bedroom. Large terrace equipped with breathtaking aerial view of Combloux les Aravis and Les Fiz, only 1.5 km from the Princess of Megève cable car (Evasion Mont Blanc area), start of many walks (snowshoe loan). Free parking in front of the apartment.

Pretty mezzanine studio of about 40 m2 located in a fully renovated mountain farm at 1200 m altitude in the heart of nature. The house is nestled at the end of a path, with no close neighbors and at the start of beautiful hikes as well as close to the ski slopes (700 m). You will have a fully equipped home with bathroom, equipped kitchen, living room, dining room with a comfortable sofa bed, a mezzanine bedroom with large double bed and private outdoor terrace.

Chalet + private garden with mountain view

This small, very comfortable chalet according to guests is 600m from the village center and 300m from the free shuttle to the ski slopes in 10 min (2.5 km). It has green space and private parking. You can also admire the Mont Blanc range, the Aiguilles de Warrens and the Aravis Mountains. Inside the chalet is arranged in a "loft" atmosphere with the sleeping area open to living room. From the accommodation you will have walking access to all amenities and beautiful activities: Biotope water park, weekly market, hiking trails, ski slopes and sleds nearby accessible by free shuttles (during the holidays, the bus stop is a 10-min walk).

New studio from 2017. It is equipped with a large kitchen, a small bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with toilet. You can also enjoy the terrace with plancha, deckchair... Rental with linens (duvets, pillows, duvet cover and towels) the studio is located in the center of the resort, close to the ski bus stop and shops. we don't accept our animal friends.
