This room is a good value. It is close enough to Indianapolis yet peaceful, clean, quiet, and private. We are: 7.1 miles (10 minutes) from Indianapolis international airport. 18 miles (26 minutes) from downtown Indianapolis, 17miles (20 min drive) from Indianapolis convention center and Lucas stadium. 35 miles (52 minutes) from Indiana University in Bloomington. ~3 miles from I-70. This home is very comfortable, in a safe neighborhood, and is welcoming. Come into this home with no fear of forgetting anything at home. Being a frequent traveler myself, I have thought of most things you will need away from your own home.

We clean thoroughly by the highest standards. This is a beautiful historic home. Hardwood floors throughout. Lg rooms with lots of light. There is much to see blocks away. Visitor’s Center and the Library across the street. Just 25 minutes away from Nashville, IN, and 50 minutes from Downtown Indy. We provide all the amenities you need, including a fully equipped kitchen. Coffee Maker and Keurig. Even a blender. There is an electric fireplace and a relaxing enclosed porch.
