Romantic Getaway when you stay under the stars at our mancave retreat. This property is on 122 acres of rolling hills, pecan trees and crop land. We harvest pecans every year and sell them to locals, whole, cracked and shaken. We also do custom cracking. The mancave comes with a full size bedroom with television upstairs, futon, full bath, kitchen/bar/living room area. There are four smart TVs including one one on the patio. You can choose to sit and watch TV from the hot tub or inside.

Nestled onto 10 private, peaceful acres, w/pond about 15 minutes to downtown Columbia and the University, close to restaurants, dining and family-friendly activities, that is if you want to leave the Pool and the quiet of the country. 8 beds, + a few air mattresses. There are 2 pack/plays. You'll love the kitchen, the views, and the coziness. The in-ground heated pool is 25 x 50 feet. (Closed mid Oct. - mid April) We stock wood for the fire pit, so roast hot dogs, or make S'mores! No parties!

Everything that you might need for your stay in town is probably going to be close by. There is ample parking , and Faurot Field is 1.8 miles away. The condo reminds us of a Little Brown Stone and our time spent in NYC, hence the name. It is a freshly renovated space designed around the intent to make it the most comfortable place for you to spend your time in Columbia.

Our water is from a deep well, tested, certified ... and delicious! There is an above ground pool, trampoline, and a trail down the hill Very child friendly. We maintain a fragrance-free facility, so no air "fresheners".
