Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Columbia County

The house was very spacious for our family of 6. We loved the location, view, and short drive to everything we wanted to do.

Lovely updated cabin among other cabins in resort on Lake Delton. Spent 3 days with my 2 sisters and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings as great getaway from, yet easy to reach Dells attractions. As summer fully starts next week I expect the place will be much busier as it seems a very good family resort with pool and playground for kids. Nice, sandy beach on lake a short walk away. There are stairs to access the cabin from the deck. Use key pad hidden behind upper deck screen/storm door. Lower level has nice extra family room to spread out guests. Bring Duraflame type logs if you’d like to use fireplace. We enjoyed that on a cooler night.

Had the place for my bachelorette party and it worked out wonderfully. Was absolutely perfect for what we needed.

This was a fantastic stay! Charlie was easy to communicate with and the check in and check out process were super easy. The space itself was beautiful inside and out. Even with a large group there was plenty of space, it never felt cramped. The kitchen had everything we needed and the game room was a great space to hangout in. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place! The kids loved it and want to come back next year. We’ve been coming to the Dells for over 10 years and this home was a clear favorite!

The place is located close to downtown baraboo and close to a lot of activities for adults and kids.

Wow the place is much bigger than the photos show!!!! We saw maybe two or three bugs over the three nights we were there — which is to be expected when the place is next to the woods. The area is absolutely gorgeous. And do check out the Ski-Hi Farm that they own up the hill!

Charming and comfortable. Close and convenient to the downtown area of the Dells which made it very walkable. The wrap around porch was a relaxing experience when we were tired of walking around the Dells. We all agreed that we would stay there again if we traveled back that way again!

Great room and space for family fun!!! Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms for more than one family. We had a couple of questions before and after booking, Hamilton’s response time was shockingly fast! If the room meets your needs, book with Hamilton for a stress free experience!

Clean and cozy space, it is very welcoming and comfortable in the apartment! Everything we needed! Very convenient and walking distance to downtown attractions. Very happy with stay, but since it’s across the street from The Keg and Patio they had a loud live band playing from 8-almost midnight. Great if you are in the Dells to party! We were not so I should have been more proactive and checked into this prior, not hosts fault. They may as well have been playing and singing in the living room. Sound machine and ear plugs didn’t touch it. Otherwise we would definitely stay again if there wasn’t loud live music right out our window. Small parking space for our large vehicle, but host was very responsive and friendly when we had an issue! Definitely recommend if you want to enjoy the nightlife and walk!

What a great alternative to the hotels & waterparks in the area. My family loved staying here! It was cozy, private, clean & very spacious for 2 adults & 2 children. I enjoyed being right on the main street in the downtown area, such a nice vibe. There were games for my kids which kept them entertained in between activities. Hunter provide extremely clear instructions & responded within minutes when I had questions. I would definitely stay here again.

So nice to have rooms for the kids and able to cook some food ourselves. Area was a bit of a walk to the waterparks but nothing horrible. Was way better the. Expected and zero real complaints. Was definitely worth the money.

Their suite was perfect for our mini vacation and is close to other activities and attractions in the Dells. Waterpark wristbands were included in the reservation for the Wilderness Resort parks and was just a short walk to the waterparks through the skywalk. We will definitely come back for another trip soon!!

Was able to text John directly and had great communication and responded quickly. Also had missed booked the weekend and he was able to get it switched to the right weekend and was on top of it very professional.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the closeness to Dells activities. We had a wonderful dinner at the Del-Bar Supper Club, which was very close by. We also enjoyed the complex's hot tub and pool as well as the beach. Regarding things to do: We really liked the Upper Dells boat tour to Witches Gulch. The complex was big enough that extended family found another unit that fit their needs, and we all hung out without being on top of one another. Great time. I'd do it all again. A++

Best place to stay in the Dells if you’re bringing a boat. Hosts are amazing, and responsive. We will keep coming back here as long as they own it.

Great stay on Lake Delton. Staff was very helpful and responsive about our stay including helping us make some changes. Such a beautiful location right on the water. We had a toddler with us and it was great!

We enjoyed our stay. Alex was great at communicating the instructions. The condo was clean, had most necessary supplies, and was very peaceful.

We stayed for a bachelorette party and had a blast! The stairs will definitely get you into shape. Definitely unload/load from the front door for an easier way in! It was easy to find, perfect location and amazing amenities. Only thing was some dusty areas around and could use dish soap and some more TP. Thanks for an amazing stay!
