The home is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and outfitted with every amenity one could need. Despite sharing the space with two cats and an adorable puppy, you’d never know it—the animals are kept in a separate, confined area, and not once did I see a trace of them near the guest room. The cleanliness is remarkable, and speaks to Caroline’s meticulous attention to detail. This stay exceeded all expectations. If you’re looking for a peaceful, spotless, and welcoming place to stay—run, don’t walk, to book with Caroline. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend her home without hesitation. We loved our stay here! Exactly as advertised in the listing. It is close to so many fantastic trailheads within 15 minutes of Manitou and Colorado Springs. Recommendations were provided for many fun activities within Green Mountain Falls and the surrounding areas! The owners were also very responsive and replied promptly. The only issue we ran into was a lack of an oven, but the kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking tools we may have needed.

Alexander's property was just what we needed for commitments in Castle Rock. It is very convenient to I-25, shopping, restaurants and medical facilities. The communication was excellent and we were happy with our accommodations.

This was a beautiful condo to book! Biggest balcony and perfect view of the mountains. Hosts were very responsive and extremely kind. Condo is large, everything extremely clean and had everything we needed. Mattresses and bedding were way more comfortable than a hotel. I would certainly stay here again.

We were in town to celebrate my brother’s birthday. We were comfortable with only my husband and myself. We used the kitchen for making breakfast, which was plenty of space. Coffee maker, and toaster worked very well. I especially loved the heater in the bathroom 😊. We would stay there again when in Colorado Springs!!

Smooth everything check in to check out

Very quiet location. Everything you need to relax and prepare meals. Kristi was very responsive to questions. I have family in the area, and the location was perfect for that. While it is close to shopping and restaurants, the condo itself is in a quiet area, and I felt very safe there. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable. Would stay again should the need arise.

This was the perfect place for us to stay while in town for my daughter’s wedding. She and her bridesmaids had their own space in the huge downstairs while my husband and I stayed upstairs. There was plenty of space for everyone, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything imaginable. Kathy Jo was a great host and helped put my mind at ease about pre-check-in details before arrival, and Dave went above and beyond to help us out with a small issue (not related to the house). I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

This East Colorado Springs property was perfect for our large family with babies. The private backyard was peaceful and beautifully landscaped. Beautiful view of the mountains. This split level house had private spaces for three families with small children. The house was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed and close to shopping. Our host was very responsive and respectful of our privacy and was eager to please. We would definitely use her again.

Beautiful house with tons of room and everything you need for an incredible stay. The property manager was very responsive and happy to accommodate us any way she could. The house and the location were perfect.

Check-in and check-out were super easy. Very comfortable bed, recliner sofa and nice kitchenette. Everything was functional, clean and welcoming. Jenna was great to message and check on me periodically during my stay, which was above and beyond expectation! Great hosts!! This was my 2nd stay and could not be happier with this cozy and luxurious home away from home.

Kara's house has a fully stocked kitchen, lots of indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, including games/activities for both outdoor and indoor fun. The facility suited our group very well. The downstairs was a great place to hang out and visit, as well as play games and enjoy a cooler place to be. Each bedroom had plenty of blankets and plugs on the side tables for charging phones and other devices. Only drawback was the treadmill would trip the GFI and ultimately not work, something a couple of our guests was hoping use while we were there. The outdoor space as so peaceful, well landscaped and lovely.
