Booked late 7:30pm, Michelle still had fresh bread going in the bread maker when we arrived at 8:00pm. Very nice quiet stay. Daughter and I sat back and watched Pirates of the Caribbean until the bread was done. Fun little place.

We had a great time. We travel to Colorado to see our son and often it is running to planned outings. We relaxed for two days o enjoy the outdoors and one another. Best visit yet!

Robert and Ingrid were gracious hosts and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. Their place is cozy, clean and tucked into the mountains. It is located right near Manitou Springs, which we visited several times and loved. They recommended the lantern tour at Cave of the Winds and it was a fun, memorable experience. This was our second time staying in this cute cottage. The neighborhood is quaint and close to greenway trails and Colorado College. We appreciated being able to bring our dog and enjoyed sitting in the porch.

What a hidden gem!! The place was beautifully landscaped and welcoming. Off-street parking was nice as well. The place was very clean and had everything we could possibly need inside. It was located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, but within minutes of a grocery store. Also within 15-20 minutes of Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, and other attractions. Would highly recommend and we are hoping to stay here again the next time we visit Colorado Springs! Deane was a great host and very pleasant to visit with. Thanks!!

I appreciated the stainless steel pots and the ceramic pan and the sharp knives. The place did have all the amenities including washer and dryer that comes in handy. 15-20 minutes drive to hiking in the mountains. Neighborhood is pretty quiet except for the trains. It is near train tracks that are used, hence the name. No train horns so manageable with ear plugs but may not be everyone's cup of tea.

If you’re thinking of staying in Manitou Springs, this location is a must. It is secluded while still close to downtown.

Our stay at Cheyenne Casita was wonderful! The space was beautiful, clean, and well-appointed. We enjoyed the abundant natural light. Melissa was a wonderful host - a proactive communicator, providing detailed instructions and available for questions when we needed her. Would love to stay again when we travel back to Colorado Springs!

We had a fantastic stay in Colorado Springs! The home was perfect for our family of four — spacious, comfortable, and incredibly kid-friendly. Our children had a blast in the pool and tub, which made the trip extra memorable for them. The location couldn’t have been better — super convenient to everything we wanted to see, with stunning views of Pikes Peak right from the property. We covered every single spot we wanted to go to and got time to enjoy the restaurants nearby and the amenities all because the location was perfect. Convenient parking too! The host was wonderful — responsive, helpful, and made sure we felt right at home. They answered all our questions and made the experience really smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a relaxing, fun, and well-located stay in Colorado Springs!

Great stay! Matthew was amazing. I had originally planned my trip months before, but my dad passed and Matthew let me move my trip. It was the perfect place to stay for my first time in Colorado!

This stay was lovely! It’s a private loft with easy access to Sedalia and Castle Rock. As listed, there is no AC, just a cooling unit. It was fine for our stay in early June but may be a bit toasty for a summer stay. Colby was responsive and a very accommodating host! We would definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely stay here for our honeymoon! Quiet and peaceful atmosphere and had a stocked kitchen which was nice since we arrived late. We were so impressed by how much thought was put into all the details. Will definitely stay again!

Jessica was so kind and her place was the perfect home base during our visit in Colorado. Our dogs loved the yard and the neighborhood was so nice for walks. We felt safe and were able to enjoy the nearby breweries and restaurants.

Nicole is such an amazing host! My flight was canceled and then delayed and she was quick to keep in touch with me. She was so understanding and helpful while I was navigating all the craziness to make it out there. This was my third time staying and it’s always such a great stay! It’s minutes away from downtown Castle Rock and close to visit my family. Nicole provides everything you need if you’re cooking a meal or forgot any toiletries at home. Rachel's cottage was perfekt for my wife and myself. It's in a quiet neighborhood, offers a lot of space for 2 and hast everything to make your stay comfortable. Rachel is a very friendly host, she answers questions very fast and offers helpful advice. We would be very happy to stay there again, If we travel the area again. Two thumbs up!

We were in town for a wedding and Katherine’s location was right by the wedding venue. It was a beautiful and private guest house that was perfect for what we needed. Katherine was a wonderful host who was very friendly and responsive and truly cares for the space and the guests stay. Would recommend her space to anyone staying in the area.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay the hosts were kind, responsive, & clearly put a lot of care into the space. It’s peaceful, well-stocked, & especially good for couples or families with young kids. There’s a large, deep, undivided sink great for bathing little ones, thoughtful child-safe details, & two nice outdoor seating areas. High end appliances.!However, some notes: The listing says “driveway parking for one vehicle” in one spot & “two” in another, but it’s actually gravel parking between the Airbnb & an outbuilding. There’s not enough room for a wheelchair accessible van, & the gravel is difficult using walkers. Inside, many fixtures (shower head, mirror, hooks) are mounted very high, & the shower threshold is taller and wider than expected. The addition of grab bars would help solve this problem. We had to rewash linens, clean the washer, and remove & wash a mildewed shower curtain. Still, the space is lovely & we’re giving 5 stars because the hosts are new & clearly trying hard.

Sydney’s guest cottage was really comfortable and private. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed to cook meals. We enjoyed eating outside on the patio as well. The beds and linens were very comfortable. Sydney communicated with us and promptly resolved any issues and questions we had. We would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Colorado Springs area.

I had the pleasure of staying at Austin’s listing while in town for my daughter’s high school graduation. The place was gorgeous, clean, and in a great location. Austin was great at communicating instructions for both check in and check out. I loved the sun room! I spent most of my stay out there reading when we weren’t out. Lots of cabinet/drawers to store your stuff. Light switches and all things clearly labeled which was helpful in easing our way into the property . Loved staying here, would recommend and consider next time I’m in town!
