House vacation rentals in Colorado Springs

Stayed here for the weekend with my fiance. House was extremely clean and nice, even with it in the city the fence made it feel very nice and private. It's very close to downtown you can walk, drive, and uber only costs $10-$20 from the house depending on the time. Hosts were amazing and even gave local recommendations. Would absolutely stay again.

Amazing spot to relax! Hosts even provide towels and extra essentials that may be needed! The hot tub was easy to use and the set up is beautiful! Even has a thriving bird nest by the door, adding a sweet little touch to your stay!

Quite neighborhood and very close to Garden of the Gods which is why we chose this place. Hot tub was also a plus! Marsha and the team were very responsive and very helpful with any issues.

Absolutely loved this Airbnb! The location was peaceful and secluded—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Shelly and her team were incredibly prompt and accommodating. Highly recommend! We were lucky enough to have an elk visitor, which made the trip even more special!!!

Outstanding space here at Paramount Springs! My family and I were in town for a couple days and we’re glad we booked with Teara and Casey. They were so intentional with strong attention to detail, making us feel right at home. Excellent communication and the Hot tub + mountains were such a plus! 10/10

Great place, near a lot of stuff. It's a smaller house and the back yard is awkward to get to but it suited our families needs and is right near the garden of the gods.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this charming historic home. Convenient to downtown Colorado Springs and located along a pleasant walking trail, the neighborhood is a quiet retreat. Jacquie has thoughtfully equipped the home with everything a guest could want, and it's nice to enjoy the birdsong on the front porch or back patio after a long soak in the clawfoot bathtub. We will happily book here again in the future. As a host, Jacquie was friendly and responsive. Thank you for a delightful stay!

If you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet, private, and truly magical place to stay—this is it. The mountain view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. Everything in the house—the beds, kitchen, floors, and more—was just amazing. My family spent three nights here, and it was hands down the best experience I’ve had during all my visits to Colorado in past few family visits.. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. Most importantly, the host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. I highly, highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. We’ll definitely be checking in again on our future trips. My family absolutely loved it!

This was a great location for a decent price. Parking was just street parking so on the weekends prepare for that. And we didn’t know the house was shared with a tenant downstairs. They have a separate entrance and no access upstairs, but that bad part was that the floor was the most squeaky floor you could think of so we felt bad whenever walking around.

This is such a sweet, peaceful cottage. It is very close to everything there is to do in Colorado Springs and then you can come home to a quiet cozy place for the evening. Cathy was very quick to respond to any questions we had. She even brought us a few extra fans because of an abnormal heat wave. We slept wonderful and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. Would definitely book with Cathy again!

My fiancé and I had the honor of being the first guests—and it truly felt like a tucked-away fairytale. We stayed for my birthday with our dog and were completely enchanted. No stops were pulled—every detail was done with care. From the handwritten note to the welcome snack basket, pup treats, handmade welcome home book, and robes—everything felt personal and thoughtfully placed. The home blends modern comfort with cozy, woodsy warmth—soft lighting, intentional design, a sauna and hot tub that melted time, & heated tile floors I’ll never emotionally recover from. We discovered giant Tetris (next time, it’s on). Marlena and Christian were hosts you dream of, present, kind, and full of care. It was just the three of us this time, but we imagined our son curled up in that queen bunk one day maybe even calling top bunk before a sibling gets the chance. Also? The blankets = cloud status. Couture sauna sandals + his & hers robes = peak cozy royalty. Pro tip: bring s’mores. You’ll get it.

Great location for working in the Springs area as well as Canon City. I was there for work and the neighborhood provided peaceful and quiet needed for a good nights rest. The house was clean and had everything needed to feel like home away from home.

Vintage house was perfect for our stay. The home was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Jessica’s notes throughout the house were helpful and amusing. Guest slippers were a nice touch. Location was great. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to town and highways. Welcome book was comprehensive. Jessica was responsive and friendly. this home was better than described due to the amenities. wow! loved this home and my nephew was thrilled with the massage chair. beds were super comfortable... loved it!

Me and my fiancé loved staying here! There are so many fun things to do within a short drive. The house was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a week stay. The host are amazing and very responsive to answer any questions we had. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future!

As someone who travels to Colorado Springs often, Allison’s air bnb has been one of our favorites to date! They are very thoughtful and kind, the air bnb was perfect for us and our two dogs, and it is in a great location! Definitely recommend staying here!

The place was very cute and perfect getaway for us. Our dog had the best time running in the yard chasing squirrels. definitely would recommend.

We loved it here! With 2 kiddos it was the perfect amount of space for our family. The location is perfectly located in Old Colorado City near downtown and all the hot spots like Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and lots of great restaurants. The hosts were so responsive, let us know when the house was available early, and wished us safe travels back home. The house was equipped with all the essentials like kitchen equipment, restroom necessities, and toys and games for the family. Truly made our Colorado birthday trip worth the experience!!
