For children, there are - in addition to the location directly in the forest - many leisure opportunities in the area: castles, playgrounds, swimming pools and not to forget, a few kilometers further the Nürburgring, Germany's most famous motorsport racetrack. Attention, the house is not barrier-free.

Das Haus liegt in der wunderschönen Eifelnatur am Rand der historschen Altstadt Monschau, welche in ca 10 Min zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Der große Garten ist teilweise flach und lädt zum Entspannen ein, aber teilweise auch steil & wild. Supermärkte sind in ca 5 Min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Ein Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Weitere Autos können auf der Straße direkt vor dem Haus geparkt werden. In der direkten Umgebung liegen gut erreichbar zB das Hohe Venn, der Rursee und der Nationalpark Eifel.

With its unique location directly on the Moselle cycle path, the "Mini Villa" chalet in Koblenz impresses its guests. The 55 m² accommodation consists of a bedroom with a double bed for 2 people, a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, offering space for 3 people. Facilities also include high-speed WiFi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workstation for working from home, a smart TV, air conditioning, a fan and a washer-dryer.

The modern new kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave etc. The feel-good bathroom offers a large rain shower and vanity unit, hairdryer. The terrace (20 qm) is equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers. The terrace includes a sloping garden.

Welcome to our renovated vacation home with 68 square meters! The bright living room with open, fully equipped kitchen and dining area leads onto a terrace. A second, sheltered terrace invites you to enjoy a coffee. The bathroom has a rain shower. Bedroom with double bed (180x200 cm), foldaway bed in the living room. Please note that there is an additional charge of €10 per dog/night for dogs.

At the confluence of the Rhine and Moselle rivers lies Koblenz in the World Heritage Site of the Middle Rhine Valley. Here is our pretty cottage in the leisure facility "Am Gülser Moselbogen," 10 minutes by car from Deutsches Eck. Great excursions of all kinds can be enjoyed from here. The chalet has about 60 square meters of living space and is designed for up to 5 (ideally 4) people.
