Due to the direct parking location and the location of the apartment in the courtyard, it is absolutely quiet here. Free, reserved parking is available right in front of the private, separate entrance. The apartment is spacious, has extra-high ceilings and is modernly furnished. The neighborhood offers a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc. – all in the immediate vicinity.

The area offers countless restaurants and cafes. Within walking distance are various concert and event venues. The U-Bahn stop Piusstraße is right outside the front door. From there it is 18 minutes to Cologne Fair, 30 minutes to the airport, by short distance to the cathedral/main station and Neumarkt.

The bedroom with balcony is on the quiet courtyard side. A separate guest toilet, TV and private Internet connection are available. The entrance to the apartment is in the rear building. I don't like hidden costs and therefore everything is included in my price, only for a 3rd person an additional charge is specified.
