Vacation home at the castle

Our listed holiday home with approx. 95 square meters of living space is located close to the old town of Nideggen. Between the market square and the castle, quietly located but still in the middle of the action. In a few minutes you can reach the center of Nideggen with its beautiful cafes and restaurants, where there is sure to be something for everyone. It is about 100 m to the castle. From our house you can also start wonderful hikes to the surrounding area such as the Rurtal or the climbing rocks.

Verkehrsgünstig aber ruhig auf halben Wege zwischen Lindlar und dem Autobahnanschluß Untereschbach (A4) gelegen. Zur Innenstadt Köln (ca. 28 km) fährt man meist weniger als 30 Minuten. Wanderer und Biker kommen auf ihre Kosten, denn Rad- und Wanderwege beginnen praktisch vor der Haustür. Das LVR-Freilichtmuseum liegt in der Nähe (7km). Gemütliche Gasthöfe und Restaurants liegen in der Umgebung.

Wooden house flair near Aachen

The wooden house is located in a quiet residential area not far from Aachen. The forest, with the local recreation area Wurmtal, begins one street further. The guest house is only 10 minutes by car from the Soers (CHIO). Aachen city center can also be easily reached by bus. During Christmas season there is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany and in summer great open-air concerts just above the border (Netherlands). Breakfast is available on request for an additional charge.

The bed (140x 200cm) has a comfortable mattress as well as two pillows and two blankets for the best sleeping comfort. The room is also furnished with several bookshelves (which you are welcome to browse through), an armchair, a TV and a cupboard. The modern bathroom with shower and bathtub is shared.

The indicated price refers to a double room. Another room with double bed without separate bathroom can be rented on request. Elmpt is embedded in a beautiful natural landscape that invites you to hike, walk or explore by bike. Day trips to Roermond, Venlo, Maastricht as well as Düsseldorf and Cologne are also possible by car in a short time.

Sewing box, room in the attic

The "Nähkiste" is an old, small and listed cloth weaver's house. My great-grandmother had woven blankets here until 1916. We have a garden terrace to linger and a bicycle cellar! 3 people slept in the single room. In the "blue room" hay was stored for the cow in the basement until 1934. It is only about 250 m to the bus stop.

Band and Breakfast

Our house is located in the Cologne suburb of Junkersdorf, 3 minutes walk from the stop of line 1, which takes 15 - 20 minutes to the city center. We have 3 rooms in which the beds can be provided either as a single or double bed. There is a fully equiped kitchen and a little bathroom with WC and shower.
