Diverse gastronomy and shopping in the immediate vicinity, a stone's throw from Cologne Cathedral (3 stations), three subway lines (12, 13 & 15) can be reached in a few minutes. Sleeping arrangements are available for 3 guests, 1.40m bed in the bedroom plus sofa bed in the living room. Weekly cleaning for longer stays.

Ein gutes nachbarschaftliches Verhältnis ist mir wichtig, daher bitte ich meine Gäste ebenso meine Nachbarschaft wie ihre eigene zu betrachten und auf Lautstärke Acht zu geben.

Downtown is a 2-minute walk and the Rhine is also a 2-minute walk. The main train station is 2 stops away (line 5). Despite the very central location, it has its peace due to the location in a backyard.
