The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Nice apartment - central and quiet location

You will stay in the Vohwinkel district. The beautiful Art Nouveau house is very central and yet quietly located in a 30 km/h zone. The end stop of the suspension railway, the train station with S-Bahn and regional train connections are only a five or twelve-minute walk away. Shops, grocery stores and supermarkets (Kaufland, Lidl, Rewe, etc.) Pharmacies, ice cream parlors and restaurants are also within a radius of about three to ten minutes' walk.

Our accommodation is a beautiful 1-room apartment with a floor-level shower room. The apartment was completely refurbished and renovated in January/February 2020. It is located in the basement of our detached house and is accessible via our garden with a private entrance. It has a cozy box-spring bed, a seating/work option, Wi-Fi, fridge, microwave, tea maker, coffee maker and a seat in front of the entrance.

We offer 8 apartments of various sizes in the very city center of Cologne. All units are turn-key for tourists or business travelers who are looking for alternatives to the standardized, often impersonal hotel atmosphere. Short-term rental is also available for weekend and family guests, or trade fair exhibitors and visitors. For groups of up to 22 people, we make the whole statthaus available exclusively.

In the middle of the most beautiful street of Cologne-Ehrenfeld in a newly built townhouse, this cozy guest apartment is offered. From here you can walk to cafes, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and much more. The same applies to public transport: lines 3, 4 and 5 or Cologne-Ehrenfeld station (great connection to the city center, main station or Cologne Messe / Deutz).
