We are located in the archaeological park of the ancient Appia - ancient Roman road, open-air museum and UNESCO heritage site - and we are 15 minutes from the Baths of Caracalla and Circus Maximus, the historic heart of Rome. Recovered from an old annex, the house is located on a panoramic hilltop within a three-hectare farm estate and is surrounded by a beautiful dining and relaxation area with a hot tub.

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sperlonga. We are in Via Salette, where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house on the sea. The house is 90 square meters with a large outdoor space and garden and consists of: a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is external.
