Ski locker on the ground floor of the residence. At the foot of the shops, slopes and the ESF, the apartment includes: main room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen (cooking hobs, microwave oven, raclette and fondue machine, Senseo), mountain corner with bunk beds, toilet-bathtub cabin. In summer, enjoy the heated outdoor pool.

Superb wooded and very sunny ground of 1300 m2, clear view on the mountain. 2 km from the center of Saint-Jorioz, 800 m from the lake, 400 m from the bike path and 10 km from the center of Annecy. Manigod SKI LOFT - Beautiful view - skis on your feet -

Apartment at 1500 m, magnificent view of the mountains. Ski at the bottom of the building directly at the Manigod resort (La Clusaz ski area). Merdassier snow front is lively during the winter with night skiing on weekends and holidays. In summer you can enjoy walks, an outdoor swimming pool (July/August, €4 and €2 per day) playgrounds (tennis/ping pong/swings). Shops and rentals (ski/mountain bike) in season downstairs from the building.
