Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Departure on foot for beautiful walks: Orcière, Sulens Manigod La Croix Fry ski resort about 20 minutes away by car, 2 Restaurants within 10 minutes. Deliveries possible. 45 minutes from Annecy city center, 35 minutes from La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand. Extra options: Energy treatments and wellness massages on site.

From the large terrace, breathtaking views of the Aravis range and unparalleled light throughout the year. In winter, you are 1 km from the slopes accessible by a free ski shuttle just below the chalet. Spacious outdoor parking accommodates three cars with mandatory snow tires.

I offer you my beautiful chalet up on the mountain ;-) A true haven of peace, this cocoon benefits from all modern comforts and a large SOUTH-facing terrace offering a magnificent unobstructed view of the Aravis mountain range. It is ideally located 5 minutes by car (or bus) from the ski slopes of the family resort "La Croix-Fry", 15 minutes from all shops (La Clusaz, Thônes) and 40 minutes from Annecy or Megève.

A cozy living area features a comfortable sofa, armchair, and dining table with chairs. Wood beams and stone walls enhance the mountain ambiance. A television is positioned nearby, while large windows allow natural light to fill the space, offering a view of the outdoors.
