The apartment was great! The truth is that everything is very close, we are 15 minutes from the Zócalo, very central and with pharmacies, food and shopping malls nearby. Any support in the apartment was immediately taken care of. We would definitely come back!!!

The house is larger than what you see in the photos, the pool has a good temperature, the staff that was in the house always attentive and friendly, the garden is good space and well cared for, the rooms are spacious with ceiling fans, it would be better if the fans were quiet and there is also a jacuzzi with good temperature, it is missing a little maintenance because the whirlpool does not work, in general everything is fine, it is a space that I recommend

It is a beautiful house to spend as a family, it is large, well cared for, clean, super equipped kitchen, with many amenities to do and Tony super friendly and helpful. The home is just as incredible as it looks in the pictures. It's really magnificent and we're so happy we stayed here! The hosts were responsive and helpful. During our stay, wildfires burned in the mountains nearby and the air quality concerned us, especially since we were traveling with a toddler and a preschooler. The hosts were quick to offer us accommodations due to these unfortunate circumstances, even though those circumstances were completely out of their control. The road to the house is bumpy and we were glad to have rented a 4x4, though I suspect we would have gotten by with any car. We didn't mind the drive at all and liked that the location felt a bit off the beaten path as compared to Tepotzlan proper. We particularly enjoyed our breakfasts at a nearby restaurant called Teocintle, which we recommend if you stay here. (Though you might also enjoy just staying in and cooking for yourself, since the house is so lovely.)

The house is beautiful and huge, the bedrooms are very comfortable and the air conditioning helps a lot, the house is just like in the photos, the pool and the hot tub are warm, the garden is very nice, well kept and large, we went with two dogs and we all enjoyed it a lot, the host responds quickly although we didn't really have to call her, there was no need, I highly recommend Alicia's service in the kitchen, very kind and attentive just like David, I highly recommend Maria's house.

Very cozy and perfect for resting, the host is very attentive, you feel at home and there is a place a few meters ahead where you can find food with very good flavor, 100% recommended

The property is wonderful. Very spacious, clean and well preserved. True to the pictures. It has everything you could need. Its located within a private cluster and its super safe, clean and family oriented. We went with our two dogs and baby and had a great time. We would love to return. People were friendly and had a fantastic time overall. My only comment would be we didn’t know there is a nearby area where they do sugar cane burning, and the ashes resulting from the burn can cover the area of the property. on our first day the ashes really covered everything. We couldn’t go outside, specially because we had a small baby. Francisco was super helpful and sent someone to clean the balcony, outdoor jacuzzi and terrace the next day. Cleaning crew cleaned the public pool the next day but the grass still had ashes (they are hard to clean). This only affected us for half a day though and as the host went out of his way to help - so our stay was extremely positive. Thank you so much julio!

In addition, the place is equipped with modern technology that made my stay much easier, from access to using the services inside the accommodation. The location is excellent, very well connected to different points of interest, which made getting around the city very easy.
