Excellent loft, very nice and comfortable, a little difficult to get around for those who don't have a car, but as for the loft, everything was very good

The accommodation is excellent, the apartment complies with what it says in the description, very clean, very spacious, and we loved the privacy and tranquility of the subdivision, Ana Paola was always attentive, we would definitely return. PS: air conditioning in the upstairs room would be excellent. 👌🏼

The house is amazing! It has a pool with a super cool waterfall, ideal for spending the day there relaxing with friends or family. The lighting is super well thought out, it makes everything look super cool, day or night. The subdivision is super quiet, zero noise, so you can rest comfortably. Overall, everything was luxurious, we had a great time and would definitely come back.

Everything as described, we repeated the accommodation for the second time and everything was excellent once again. Very good communication, very comfortable accommodation and a very good location.

Luis and his wife are super friendly, the house is super nice and pleasant, clean, has everything you need, is in a private area and is the ideal place to rest and spend time with the family. They even let me take my dogs. Luis is very flexible with schedules. I would definitely return to stay with them. My recommendation is 10 out of 10

The house is very nice, with very good spaces. There were 9 of us and we were very comfortable. The area is very quiet and safe, the facade of the house is impeccable, as is the interior. All bedrooms clean and tidy, bathrooms and hallways as well. The common areas such as the dining room and living room are clean and spacious. The garden and pool area are also clean and tidy, the water is clean and as we requested, the boiler service was warm for my young children. We had an amazing time every day. A plus is that since it's near the access booth, we could walk to the store or go out shopping quickly. The neighbors and the area are very quiet, excellent to enjoy with the family and the little ones.

Fortunately, there was availability to arrive earlier and enjoy the property. It is well equipped for families, since we occupied additional things that the house had, and they gave us the necessary information about the services and surroundings that we needed. The stay was very comfortable, we enjoyed the place, which is very comfortable and central, the hosts were attentive at all times.

Our stay at this property was incredible. We felt very secure, with a private gate guard and our own parking spot. The massive heated pool was the best part. Food and drinks were easily available. The location is convenient. A police station was at the subdivision entrance, and multiple convenience stores were nearby. Inside, the home had natural light from skylights in the kitchen and second bathroom. The AC units worked well, and hot water was always available. The area was quiet, with only bird sounds in the mornings. Driving to Cuernavaca was easy. Our host was extremely helpful. They provided great recommendations. We highly recommend this property, especially for families. The pool, security, and convenience make it an excellent choice.

I stayed this weekend with friends and the experience was excellent. The house is located in a very quiet residential area, which allowed us to rest and fully enjoy our stay, the jacuzzi and the pool 10/10. Everything was clean, comfortable and as shown in the pictures. It was definitely the best option for our trip and I highly recommend it. I hope to be back soon! ✨

Adriana’s place was so nice. One of our main concerns was having a place with AC. We had a hard time turning on one of the AC units but Adriana replied within 5 min and had the AC running perfectly. We loved how responsive and understanding Adriana was. We would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a cool clean place to stay during the summer.

The apartment is very nice and everything was excellent! My friends and I were very happy to stay, if we come back we hope to stay here again! Everything was clean, tidy, ventilated, with all the directions and a very nice view, the pool is very nice, although umbrellas are needed but it's still nice.

I chose the accommodation because of the proximity to an event, we used it to sleep, the beds are very comfortable and the air conditioning in all the bedrooms is super comfortable. We would have loved to find some coffee to make in the morning, we didn't bring anything. Isabel was very kind, she was very helpful in making the last-minute reservation.
