Very comfortable and friendly place, Mr. Enrique was very attentive days before arrival, at the time of arrival he received us very kindly and was always attentive to any detail, he gave us our privacy, the neighbors were friendly, the residential area is very safe, the views are very beautiful, you feel at home, the arrival of the travel service by app (Didi, Uber) was a little late so they do ask that it be on time (Although taxis pass by on the road and leaving the residential area there is a taxi base), I would definitely return, I highly recommend it.

Jorge was super kind always , answering my message and help me with my request. And Angelica was amazing. She provide to us a very good service, I think is his mom.

This home gave us some of the most relaxing and beautiful vacations we've had. The area is perfect. Hosts are warm and empathetic. The house is beautiful, high ceilings, cool. The beautiful green areas, full of trees, with a cool and huge pool, almost for us alone. We will always be back. Thank you!

My stay was just great. From the first moment, communication with the host was clear, fast and very friendly. The place was impeccable: clean, well decorated and with all the details taken care of. The bed was very comfortable, the WiFi worked perfectly and everything was just as shown in the photos (or even better). The location was ideal for what I needed, with easy access to shops, restaurants and transportation. In addition, check-in was very simple and everything was perfectly organized. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it 100%. An experience of 10.

A great place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city, very quiet. You will find all the amenities as shown in the house. It's pet friendly. My puppy was very happy and there's plenty of space to walk around the designated areas.

Excellent accommodation, it has nice decorative details, the outdoor shower is a joy, the temperature of the jacuzzi is always perfect, the kitchen is well-equipped and the cleanliness is worth mentioning: everything is super clean, the bedding and towels are clean and smell good. The internet worked well all the time and the only drawback we had was the power outages, but it was an issue in the whole area due to the downpours, beyond the host's control, of course. We'll definitely be back soon.

We loved the house, we have rented several times in Cuernavaca and without a doubt Jaime's house is one of the best, we had an excellent climate and the house was very nice and clean, we had to use the boiler to take away the cold and without a doubt the pool was very much enjoyed, in the same way Felix is always attentive to what you need, we will definitely return ☺️

Sorry for the late review but we had to get back to our regular schedules but our review is as follows: We had a comfortable stay and we were able to walk to our Family and Friends to their locations. All appliances worked and we were able to make our meals with no issues. Swimming pool was great as the weather was warm the days we stayed. We had a Great stay and do recommend this location. The house is beautiful and has all the conditions described. It is a quiet area and close to the Yecapixtla Center. Mr. Michelangelo was very kind from the beginning and gave us very good recommendations for eating.

Loved the house! As soon as you enter, you can see the large green area. The pool and jacuzzi are perfect. We loved that, despite being all together, everyone has privacy in their own little house. Having 3 bathrooms is a super plus. The barbecue area is amazing for eating together, talking. We paid for the boiler for 2 days and the water was perfect! It rained at night, but just as we paid for it, it felt warm. You have a lot of things nearby, super, Oxxo. The parking area is very large. The lady who welcomes you is very nice and explains everything. 10/10, I will definitely return!

Thank you very much Hector for always being available during our stay in the apartment, we loved it, we found everything as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and with more than enough things to spend our month's vacation comfortably, we would return without hesitation. The view from the apartment is very nice, the pool is huge and the water was super nice every day (May-Jun); my husband, my two teenage children and I enjoyed all the facilities that the Cluster has, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and a super good gym, 100% recommended. Very nice apartment and the subdivision too, the pool water was warm, the paddle tennis and tennis courts are very close, you can see them from the apartment so you can see your children. Everything was great, I would definitely choose it again.

The apartment was perfect for our long stay in Cuernavaca. The place is beautiful and comfortable. Showers had hot water throughout and great water pressure. Building staff were friendly and professional. Michele was super communicative during our stay. We would definitely stay again.
