Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Coco

Très beau séjour dans un endroit vraiment agréable. Nous avons bien profité de la grande terrasse et de la piscine. Comme la cafetière ne fonctionnait pas bien, Polino s’est empressé de la remplacer le jour même qu’on lui en a fait part. Étant située dans Pacifico, la maison nous offre la sécurité puisqu’il faut toujours passer à la guérite avec gardien pour accéder au site. Ce fut un séjour en famille inoubliable.

Our family of 4 (2 parents and 2 teens) spent a week at Benton's place and loved every second. The home is gorgeous and exceptionally well stocked. The beds are very comfortable (something that is very important to us) and the spaces are pleasant. The view is second to none! If you are looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of your own life or busy tourist locations to recharge, this place is it. Benton was incredibly helpful, friendly and responsive. He booked a fantastic chef for us for 3 meals (some of the best meals we had while in the area) and a wonderful snorkeling adventure. He also gave us great recommendations on the best grocery stores and restaurants in the area. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Casa Azul and what a thoughtful and kind host Benton is. You won't be disappointed with a stay here.

Great location in Playa del Coco! Easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants, but not in the busy area so still relatively peaceful. 35 minutes to the airport or rental car return location. We will definitely stay again!

Clean and great place to chill out

I stayed here on a week trip to see Costa Rica but also wanted a peaceful place to stay and this place was 100% worth it! Our host was great and always open to questions. The property is beautiful, clean, and relaxing. It’s tucked away in the forest and we were so glad we stayed there because we got to see monkeys right by the pool side during our stay!

Fernanda and Ronald went overboard to make sure my staying was great!!! I love this place, it has exquisite decorations and perfect distribution. It is such a great place that is hard to find availability. If it is available, take it!!!!!

Theresa and Darren were amazing hosts! our flight arrived at 6 am and we were at the house by 12. Theresa said that because they didn't have anyone checking out we could check in early which was amazing. we had a little difficulty finding the house but that was our fault and when I messaged Theresa she answer right away with a pin allowing us to find the house instantly! Throughout the stay Theresa and Darren were very thoughtful, responsive, proactive and helpful! Anything we needed they either offered for us to barrow theirs, told us where to buy it or bought one themselves for the house. Lastly, when our other Airbnb cancelled on us last minute they agreed without any hesitation to have us stay one more night. the location was fantastic, the beach was a 5 minute walk as described as well as downtown. The pool was a great bonus as well as the AC. Would definitely recommend and will without a doubt be going back! thank you for everything!

Cocomarindo was a great place to stay. The unit was exactly as shown in the pics, impeccably clean and walkable distance to town and the beach. Dann has ensured everything you could possibly need for day trips is provided- beach towels, chairs, cooler, snorkels and insulated cups. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, toaster, blender, microwave, air fryer and a ton of spices as well as dish towels, soap and paper towels. Dann provided all the info to get from the airport and into the unit in advance so arrival was quick and easy. He also provided great recommendations for local day trips and restaurants. The property has amazing landscaping and a great pool, there's also ample parking if you're renting a car, laundry facilities and a generously stocked library. We had an amazing stay at Cocomarindo and I highly recommend it!

Will was an excellent host and the condo was in an excellent gated complex with access to amenities and many restaurants nearby.

It was one of our best stays! It's a very clean unit with an amazing view. The kitchen is well equipped with various pots and pens and appliances. The beds were comfy to my surprise and we all slept like babies. The pool was great and clean. They also had pool noodles, beach chairs, cooler and snorkeling equipment. Lennis was just great! she is super kind and the communication was very good. Definitely recommended.

Appartement parfait avec vue imprenable. Notre hôte, David, a été très disponible, à l'écoute et très agréable. Bien situé pour visiter les différentes plages et villages du secteur. Nous recommandons de louer un 4x4 pour éviter le stress des routes du CR et la montée au logement. Pas de souci pour opter pour le chemin proposé par Google de l'aéroport, beaucoup plus court. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise d'utiliser la piscine ou autre facilité de la propriété. L'appartement est confortable et très propre. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Sandy and Melissa have a great place within walking distance to the beach! the space has everything you need and is clean and easy to find. I would definitely stay here again!

Solo female traveling alone. Felt immediately safe and comfortable in the gated community and walking alone to the beach and town. Friendly staff around who really care and take care of the property. Would highly recommend for your stay in Coco Beach! P.S. In case you play pickleball, check out The Club at Coco Bay which is a 5 minute walk. Day passes available. Buy at the desk, not online.

The place is exactly as pictured and the hosts, John and Marina, were super responsive and extremely helpful with local recommendations to help booking activities. Plenty of great dine-out recommendations with what to look out for and gotcha's. John really made us feel right at home and if we are returning to Playa del Coco in the future, we would definitely look to stay at this condo as it's very convenient and accessible. We loved it If I am really nit picking, then one minor improvement would be that the main gates could be driven by sensors to open when departing from the property instead of getting out of the vehicle to punch the codes - again it's really a non-issue but rather could be considered as an improvement.

We had a great stay! Walked to the beach every evening for a sunset swim. Tara and Tyson provided towels, beach chairs, beach bag and a wagon to pull it all over. We used the pool almost every day, but heads up, during the dry season, lots of leaves fall. This DID NOT STOP us from enjoying it! Oh and lots of iguanas to watch and locate every morning. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the patio over looking the pool. The patio also had a great BBQ to grill up dinners. One of the little, but great things, is the lock box to keep the house key in, never worried about losing it.

Words can't describe how awesome Laura and Melissa are! Before we even our started our trip to Coasta Rica they both greeted us and explained instructions very clearly. Upon arrival, Laura promptly gave us a walk through on the property's amenities. Not one item within the property felt like it was unnecessarily placed, everything does its part to add to the beautiful esthetics of the home. If you're a coffee or tea in the morning I'll highly suggest have a cup in the morning and taking in the view from the balcony. From a comfort perspective, the a/c and hot water works great. Also, During our stay, Melissa helped organize a boat tour for us that was a blast. I could go on and on about the beauty of this place but I'll leave my review with this, if you ever find youself in the Playa del Coco area looking for a place to stay I highly recommend choosing this location as a way to supplement the memories you're going to make while visiting this beautiful country.

This place was a luxurious treat to stay in, and helped our family of four (15 and 9 year old) have a great homebase for our time in Costa Rica. We arrived to a perfectly stocked kitchen, ready to use. Beach towels and pickle ball equipment was all there to use. A highlight was early morning coffee and family dinners on the idyllic porch surrounded by palm trees tops, watching the birds swoop through the trees. Tammy, you have a wonderful place, so thoughtfully put together and well-curated and cared-for, and Will, you are a wonderful contact and were so helpful with all our questions. The amenities were out of this world – with the swimming pools, lounge chairs and gardens – so easy to access and enjoy from this condo. Enjoying the stars from the vantage of a night swim or hot tub was another highlight for sure! The grocery store is a very short walk away, and we cooked lots of meals at home. The beach and cute souvenir shops were just down the street, as was the fruit seller. We all

Great place to stay! Very clean and well taken care of condo in a safe area. The pool and area outside the condo is very nice and a great spot to hangout. We had a rental car which made the short drive in to town very easy.

Lugar increíblemente cómodo, accesible, la atención de todos súper amable, muy bien equipado el departamento con todo lo necesario, el ambiente muy tranquilo, apacible, me sentí como en casa !!!

We were 2 adults and 2 kids staying in Sean's beautiful place. It's big, plenty of space and a balcony with unbelievable views! The best thing was a private beach just a few steps away, perfect for relaxing and swimming. Another bigger beach is about 10-15 minutes to walk or a couple minute drive. We came during off season so it was very quiet which was perfect for us. We also walked about 10 min to the Marina for a boat tour which was very convenient. Thank you, Sean!

Booked 2 months here and unexpectedly had to cancel 1 month in due to a family emergency and Calin was very understandable about it. He even gave me a ride to the airport on late notice. The unit itself was absolutely awesome. Has everything you need, lots of pots and pans, small supermarket right next door with a good selection of food, a very short walk to an amazing beach, and great restaurants a short walk away (my favorite was The Wave bar and grill, they had every sports game on you could think of while serving great food with amazing service) This was a great experience and I highly recommend to other solo travelers or couples
