Wow!!!! Great stay at AirBnb in Octocal Beach. We visited Costa Rica for our daughter’s nuptials and indeed our stay at this AirBnb was an unforgettable experience. It was an upscale home away from home. The service was excellent! The atmosphere soothing yet vibrant, calm, and relaxing. The rooms were clean, spacious with stunning views. The amenities were top notch and every needed for a home away from home was readily available in the home. We had a lovely time. Listen to the birds in the morning while drinking coffee on the terrace, it was wonderful. But it's true that at night, it's quite noisy with trucks passing by not far away. It's 30 minutes to the beach so it's great. The garden was really very beautiful.

This place is perfect for visiting several beaches, it has a strategic location. It is a bright and very well decorated place, the house is just as in the photos, the pool area is beautiful and the night lights help to make the atmosphere relaxing and enjoyable during the stay. The accommodation is private, safe and quiet. Highly recommended, I hope to be back. Thank you!

Great place for families! Comfortable and clean.

The place was perfect for our situation. We had a flight that was supposed to go to SJO and instead ended in Liberia, which resulted in us staying overnight. So we decided to have a few days in a beach town and stayed here. It was the perfect way to make lemonade out of lemons.

From the moment we booked Vanessa was very responsive & knowledgeable. She was able to provide all the insight we needed to make our trip a memorable one. She went out of her way to make sure she was there when we checked in which was really nice & caring. She checked in with us via chat during our stay to make sure everything was going smooth. The view & villa were spectacular and all we needed as a couple to be able to rest & relax. If your a big beach person def recommend checking out Playa Cochal, a short commute from the villa. Beautiful place, quiet, comfortable and had everything you need to rest and have a good time near the beaches, I definitely recommend it 100% and I will return as soon as I can.

We had a wonderful week in CR! One of our best vacations! The location of the condo unit was perfect - next to the nicest pool. It felt like a small neighbourhood community where everyone’s friendly, sociable and shares information. Outside the porch is a huge nance fruit tree that dropped fruits that look like golden berries but have a weird taste. The complex staff come by regularly to pick them up and eat them, and it also attracted iguanas so we got to see a few big ones up close. They’re cautious around people so they don’t come too close. The sound of all the different bird calls in the early morning was incredible. Sometimes you can hear monkeys in the distance during the night. The highlight of our trip was the sunset catamaran snorkelling booze cruise. We would have gone twice if time permitted. We’ll have to come back since in a week we didn’t get to do everything we wanted to. The owners and their local guy Luis are amazing!

Very cool place. Pool was awesome and so were wildlife and views. Behind big gate and the AC was great all over the house. Washer and dryer nice touch. Saw cows horses birds and monkeys.

Olga’s place was amazing! Closer to town than we thought. The space and pool were perfect. There were three of us, but you could easily accommodate three couples. Olga checked in on us and made sure we had all of the amenities we needed. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed everyday at the premises. Great to rise in the morning and head out for a coffee on the patio. So much to do in the area, we decided to simply walk to various destinations. Beach was only 15 minutes. Coffee shops less than 500 meters. Loved YUMMY Ice Cream Cafe. When we did make one reservation for a tour, we contacted Bonnie as recommended. She organized the whole day, including lunch. The neighbours are friendly and helpful... giving us some great tips...they had been coming back to the same establishment for years. if you are a bird lover, could download the Merlin app and use it to identify a number of species. Several monkeys in the area as well. This was a very lucky choice we made. Would definitely return. Thanks for making this a great vacation. . Ron and Gerry

This was one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at! I was traveling with my elderly parents and two kids (1 yr and 3yr) . The house was adorable, great art , comfortable sitting areas, the kitchen was well stocked, everyone had plenty of space. My parents stayed upstairs so could escape to quiet from kids! There were toys, books, cribs, high chairs, even floaties for the pool! When traveling with kids this is a huge plus to not have to pack these items! Very quiet neighborhood and really enjoyed hanging on the back deck! We walked to beach and restaurants with both kids and my parents no problem! Plenty of towels , and beach chairs! Very clean and Sebastian was super responsive and accommodating, we can’t wait to come back ! I would give 10 stars !! 🌟🌟🌟

We really enjoyed our stay here. The patio set overlooking the pool got lots of use. It was quiet but there were always people around so not deserted/isolated/scary. The kitchen had what we needed. There are stores and restaurants nearby, the beach is close and the most pleasant way to get to town if you are walking. Romel provided recommendations for local spots. There is a dog who roams there who seems to bark a couple of times every morning at 4 (the sun is coming up around then anyway!), maybe consider earplugs if that would wake you and younwant to sleep later than 4 am. Overall great place. There was always a parking spot available too. Thanks Romel!

It's a very comfortable and quiet place. Close to downtown Coco and at the same time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Luis was always attentive and we kept in touch even before we arrived. Clean place and all the comforts to spend time as a family. An added bonus, they allow pets

Juan Carlos went so far above and beyond for me as his guest, and I am so grateful. I had a very relaxing stay in the shopping container and appreciated the little thoughtful touches that went a long way. Juan Carlos was super flexible and helpful and his place was great. Highly recommend!

A 5 minute walk to the beach. 15 minute walk to the main road BUT you can uber from the airbnb to the main road/restaurants for literally only $3.95 each ride. Its a little difficult for people to find exactly (ubers and taxis) but its manageable for sure. AC was POWERFUL and we did not go a single night hot. Backyard was very spacious. Everything was clean. A lot of extra amenities like sunscreen, lotion, books, even Uno cards to play with. It felt very secure because it was gated both in the front and in the back. There was no door on the bathroom but my husband and I personally did not mind that. Water pressure is decent in the shower but nothing to complain about; every other faucet had strong water pressure. Quiet street and the most you’ll hear are the dogs at night. The airbnb was literally down the street from a couple of restaurants and a couple blocks away from a traditional Soda. Good overall experience, i would book a second time. Thank you!
