Condo vacation rentals in Coco

We had such a lovely stay. The view is extraordinary, and the space is comfortable and clean. We especially loved the big comfortable deck chairs on the terrace in the mornings and at night. The pool is beautiful. The whole team is so friendly and helpful.

Located between Playa del Coco and Playa Ocotal, the condo is quiet and safe. Security guards in the evening and at night. Beautiful pool. Located about 45 minutes from the airport.

Nice place, awesome swimming pools. Beds too hard for me, but husband likes very firm mattress. Easily walk to anything you need. Busy, busy town.

We have stayed in lots of places with AirBnb, but this place was extra special. The views were incredible. We loved having the beach so close by and the marina with walkable restaurants. Very safe area day and night. Then there was two pools on site both with views. We saw a troupe of monkeys in the trees behind the apartments on day 2 a real bonus. The apartment was well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay including a welcome bottle of wine. We really enjoyed our holiday! Book this apartment we won’t regret it! We certainly enjoyed our first visit to Playa del Coco and the Los Palmas area. Communication with our hosts was excellent. The condo itself was comfortable and as described, just right for two people. Pleasant surroundings and great, helpful, welcoming neighbours. Enjoyed the privacy of the front porch which was steps away from the pool.

Scott's place was a dream!! Scott was super communicative and very helpful in preparing for the trip, as well as during. He accommodated our check-in needs, and was very available when we needed travel tips, and he's fun to chat with to boot. The location is great, and very safe, in a gorgeous area. I highly recommend Scott's place!!

We enjoyed everyday at the premises. Great to rise in the morning and head out for a coffee on the patio. So much to do in the area, we decided to simply walk to various destinations. Beach was only 15 minutes. Coffee shops less than 500 meters. Loved YUMMY Ice Cream Cafe. When we did make one reservation for a tour, we contacted Bonnie as recommended. She organized the whole day, including lunch. The neighbours are friendly and helpful... giving us some great tips...they had been coming back to the same establishment for years. if you are a bird lover, could download the Merlin app and use it to identify a number of species. Several monkeys in the area as well. This was a very lucky choice we made. Would definitely return. Thanks for making this a great vacation. . Ron and Gerry

Fantastic stay, the best complex in Tamarindo area by far! Very comfortable bedding also, which js not the standard in many places here! Highly recommend!

Great location, our only wish is that the property would have an elevator. Everything about this condo was exactly as listed, great private beach to anyone that finds this place.

This place has everything you need! Spices, beach chairs and towels! Well stocked for a great stay. However there is construction going on next door that we were unaware about. Otherwise this place was great!

Awesome place to stay! Beautiful view! A short walk to the beach and some local shops - it is a steep hill, but there are stairs. Staff and other guests were extremely helpful and friendly. There was more than enough room for our family of four. When we needed assistance with an air conditioner, Floribeth was quick to respond, and had a repair person there in no time - problem fixed immediately. We were not planning on returning to Costa Rica, but after our stay, we fell in love with the area and people, and can't wait to return. Floribeth gave us precise directions, found it right away. You will not want to leave here. Thank you Floribeth!!

This condo was absolutely dreamy! It made our honeymoon everything we could have wanted. If you want to stay in the Flamingo area, this is the place! It’s beautiful and super clean with a gorgeous saltwater pool that overlooks the ocean. They offer breakfast every morning for a small fee. There is golf cart service that runs every hour to take you down the hill to the beach or shops. The concierge service and staff treated us so well. There are great restaurants in this area as well in walking distance. We rented a golf cart one day and that was fun to have some freedom to explore more. We would definitely book this place again for a future trip to Costa Rica!!

Miguel's place was amazing! He has so many extra amenities and snacks I wasn't anticipating (we had some popcorn while watching a movie on one of the rainier days). He was very responsive to all our questions and needs. We had an issue with one of the amenities but he was able to fix it very quickly and it didn't impact our stay, and he even gave us an extra bottle of bubbly to compensate for it. We were able to walk to some restaurants for lunch/dinner. Also, appreciated the full kitchen to be able to have breakfast at the bnb. We also scuba dove 2 days with Rich Cost Diving (right across the street) and had a blast seeing all the marine life like sharks and octopi. Miguel really went above and beyond by actually offerring to drop us at the airport since it was on his way. Overall, we really enjoyed his place and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

An excellent place to rest and close to El Coco, to buy everything you need, a strategic point to visit other beaches and arrive in the afternoon to take a swim in the pool. At first, I wasn't very happy about leaving the car outside the property, but I can attest that they do have 24-hour security in the condominium.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The patio set overlooking the pool got lots of use. It was quiet but there were always people around so not deserted/isolated/scary. The kitchen had what we needed. There are stores and restaurants nearby, the beach is close and the most pleasant way to get to town if you are walking. Romel provided recommendations for local spots. There is a dog who roams there who seems to bark a couple of times every morning at 4 (the sun is coming up around then anyway!), maybe consider earplugs if that would wake you and younwant to sleep later than 4 am. Overall great place. There was always a parking spot available too. Thanks Romel!

It's a very comfortable and quiet place. Close to downtown Coco and at the same time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Luis was always attentive and we kept in touch even before we arrived. Clean place and all the comforts to spend time as a family. An added bonus, they allow pets

It's an excellent place to stay in the Guanacaste area, Carrillo. It is also a studio apartment, which has all the amenities for your enjoyment, and is located in a beautiful area in the Playas del Coco area. Additionally, it is located very close to downtown Coco, so you can enjoy the restaurants, beach, and boulevard. In general, a great place to enjoy and get to know the beautiful area of Papagayo.

Our family enjoyed staying here. Our two young daughters shared a room and really enjoyed the pool and the beach toys that were available in the house. My wife and I appreciated all of the detail that Grant left regarding the home and the surrounding area. He added personal touches by sharing his favorite locations and the reasons for them. The condo is conveniently located right in front of one of the pools. The beach is an eight minute walk away. If you don’t want to walk, you can drive there and park for a small fee. We recommend this place for any families wanting to visit.
