Will was an excellent host and the condo was in an excellent gated complex with access to amenities and many restaurants nearby.

It was one of our best stays! It's a very clean unit with an amazing view. The kitchen is well equipped with various pots and pens and appliances. The beds were comfy to my surprise and we all slept like babies. The pool was great and clean. They also had pool noodles, beach chairs, cooler and snorkeling equipment. Lennis was just great! she is super kind and the communication was very good. Definitely recommended.

Arcadia is the sanctuary you've always dreamt of, especially sunsets. I always made sure I was there to watch the sun go down, as that view is breathtaking. This place far exceeded our expectations, and the host was more than accommodating. Have and would HIGHLY recommend this remote spot, it is everything and more!!!!

Sandy and Melissa have a great place within walking distance to the beach! the space has everything you need and is clean and easy to find. I would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing and unforgettable stay at the Treehouse! Colleen was such a friendly and helpful host providing very detailed instructions and local recommendations. The Treehouse was immaculate, well-appointed, and had everything you need to feel right at home. We cooked breakfast and dinner almost everyday during our stay and enjoyed the spectacular view from inside and on the patio. The only challenge we had was fighting off the bugs from outside, but just be prepared for that when traveling to Costa Rica. They’re everywhere! We were also able to enjoy the infinity pool (all to ourselves in the mornings!) which was a short walk away. Overall, a very enjoyable trip to Costa Rica. I would highly recommend staying at the Treehouse if you like privacy, amazing views, and outdoor trails.

The Pacifico gated community is terrific; makes you feel like you are on vacation. We were there for a wedding and only briefly so we could not take advantage of all the offerings (especially the pool). The unit was clean and as described. Communication was terrific except for one hiccup -- we received a message with the WiFi password, but it was incorrect. It was the ALL CAPS version of what we were told, and while we messaged the property management service several times; we never really got a timely response as we finally figured it out ourselves. In the future, when you send a message with the password, make sure you send the exact password! Also, you will love the AC!

Nat and Dane's Villa Vivos is absolutely beautiful. The included amenities were exceptional and our comfort was prioritized. The welcome basket is such a thoughtful inclusion amd we excited to cook our breakfast in the rancho. Everything was great, including their cute doggo Kiki, the frogs, and the geckos. As others mentioned, make sure to have a 4x4 for the ride up to the villas. The roads are steep in some areas but you quickly get used to it. We definitely recomment this beautiful listing.

You will not regret staying here. My boyfriend and I had an unforgettable experience here in cocoa. The view really is that good & the pictures really are accurate. We came during the off season and got great weather, little rain but mostly sunny, and we are already rebooking during peak season. We fell in love with Costa Rica here. Thank you Dean! Lovely condo we will be revisiting soon! If you come you have to go to the restaurant Mar Azul right down the street walking distance! Incredible food great service.

Wow!!!! Great stay at AirBnb in Octocal Beach. We visited Costa Rica for our daughter’s nuptials and indeed our stay at this AirBnb was an unforgettable experience. It was an upscale home away from home. The service was excellent! The atmosphere soothing yet vibrant, calm, and relaxing. The rooms were clean, spacious with stunning views. The amenities were top notch and every needed for a home away from home was readily available in the home. Our family of 4 (2 parents and 2 teens) spent a week at Benton's place and loved every second. The home is gorgeous and exceptionally well stocked. The beds are very comfortable (something that is very important to us) and the spaces are pleasant. The view is second to none! If you are looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of your own life or busy tourist locations to recharge, this place is it. Benton was incredibly helpful, friendly and responsive. He booked a fantastic chef for us for 3 meals (some of the best meals we had while in the area) and a wonderful snorkeling adventure. He also gave us great recommendations on the best grocery stores and restaurants in the area. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Casa Azul and what a thoughtful and kind host Benton is. You won't be disappointed with a stay here.

The Casa Vera Vista was a beautiful villa on the cliff side over looking the bay with the most beautiful sunsets. The villa was close to the beach and great restaurants plus a good starting point for many excursions. The concierge team was always there when we needed them throughout the entire trip as well as with planning prior to arriving. The house was very clean, decorated very tastefully and had comfortable beds. The daily cleaning service was very helpful with three kiddos in tow. We had two dinners and breakfast with the recommended chefs and they exceeded our expectations, with both delicious food and friendly company. Our driver Raudy was always on time, professional and was very helpful in getting around with our busy itinerary. We definitely did a lot on our trip (zip lining, deep sea fishing, ATVs, snorkeling, rainforest, waterfalls, hot springs etc) and staying at the villa with the concierge service made it that much more special. Perfect accommodation to enjoy with family or a group of friends, each room with its own bathroom, with a well-equipped kitchen and all the amenities you need to relax. It was a great find and I will definitely be back!

The best Airbnb I’ve ever booked, worthy of a honeymoon. The pool is amazing, the lighting is artsy, the rooms are spacious, the set up is unique. You feel like you’re in a movie. I will be coming back for sure, especially since they’re upgrading and building new homes on the property which I’m sure will also be stunning.

Theresa and Darren were amazing hosts! our flight arrived at 6 am and we were at the house by 12. Theresa said that because they didn't have anyone checking out we could check in early which was amazing. we had a little difficulty finding the house but that was our fault and when I messaged Theresa she answer right away with a pin allowing us to find the house instantly! Throughout the stay Theresa and Darren were very thoughtful, responsive, proactive and helpful! Anything we needed they either offered for us to barrow theirs, told us where to buy it or bought one themselves for the house. Lastly, when our other Airbnb cancelled on us last minute they agreed without any hesitation to have us stay one more night. the location was fantastic, the beach was a 5 minute walk as described as well as downtown. The pool was a great bonus as well as the AC. Would definitely recommend and will without a doubt be going back! thank you for everything!

We stayed for a long weekend and loved the central, walkable location. As first-time visitors to Costa Rica, we felt very safe thanks to the bright, well-lit road and gated community. John was responsive, accommodating, and gave great local recommendations—even helping us book a last-minute tour.

We had a great stay! Walked to the beach every evening for a sunset swim. Tara and Tyson provided towels, beach chairs, beach bag and a wagon to pull it all over. We used the pool almost every day, but heads up, during the dry season, lots of leaves fall. This DID NOT STOP us from enjoying it! Oh and lots of iguanas to watch and locate every morning. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the patio over looking the pool. The patio also had a great BBQ to grill up dinners. One of the little, but great things, is the lock box to keep the house key in, never worried about losing it.

This place was a luxurious treat to stay in, and helped our family of four (15 and 9 year old) have a great homebase for our time in Costa Rica. We arrived to a perfectly stocked kitchen, ready to use. Beach towels and pickle ball equipment was all there to use. A highlight was early morning coffee and family dinners on the idyllic porch surrounded by palm trees tops, watching the birds swoop through the trees. Tammy, you have a wonderful place, so thoughtfully put together and well-curated and cared-for, and Will, you are a wonderful contact and were so helpful with all our questions. The amenities were out of this world – with the swimming pools, lounge chairs and gardens – so easy to access and enjoy from this condo. Enjoying the stars from the vantage of a night swim or hot tub was another highlight for sure! The grocery store is a very short walk away, and we cooked lots of meals at home. The beach and cute souvenir shops were just down the street, as was the fruit seller. We all

Great place to stay! Very clean and well taken care of condo in a safe area. The pool and area outside the condo is very nice and a great spot to hangout. We had a rental car which made the short drive in to town very easy.

My mom and I had an amazing stay at this condo in Playas del Coco. Pacífico is a beautiful property with lush gardens and some of the nicest pools I’ve ever seen. The condo was spacious, clean, modern and was incredibly well equipped in the kitchen and bathrooms. Loads of towels, beach towels, hand soap, hair soap, and all the kitchen utensils, pots/pans, etc. you need. I’ve been to +30 airbnbs and would say this is the most well equipped kitchen. We had a few things that needed addressed throughout the week, but our Zindis house manager, Maria, was incredibly responsive, kind and quick to resolve things. Thank you Maria! We had a wonderful stay.

Had a great stay, really awesome 1 bedroom condo, on the ground floor, with a pool literally right in front of the patio. Everything was excellent and really clean, great location, close to the main area with bars and restaurants and close to the beach. We were able to check in a bit early, and that was very much appreciated, can't wait to come stay again.
