Our stay at this beautiful, historic home was better than we could have imagined. The house is a perfect blend of historic home and modern amenities. We all slept so well in the comfortable beds. The home is located within walking distance to City Beach, downtown and all the fun Clear Lake has to offer. Instructions regarding the stay were clear and helpful. I would highly recommend a stay!

We were in the Clear Lake area for a golf trip and this place was in a great location. Located in a quiet neighborhood near the lake. Great restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

My family had a wonderful stay at Fool’s Paradise. The house was spacious and clean. The host was helpful and responsive. Quick walk to the Surf Ballroom, restaurants and gorgeous view of the lake from the large, front windows.

We had a fantastic stay at Papa’s Place on the Lake! The home was incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to thoughtful toiletries that made us feel right at home. The hosts were exceptionally communicative and helpful throughout our stay, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway!

Great stay, beautiful place. Nice to have pool/hot tub area. We went in what I would say was the 'off season' so not a lot of busy at the lake. Clear Lake downtown area had some good bars/restaurants.

Angel approved us fast, She was super nice, and fast response. The place was clean. The living room was relaxing. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

This was a perfect place for our stay during the triathlon weekend!!! Neighbors were friendly, walking distance to downtown, and quiet area. Highly recommend it and we'll hopefully stay there next year :)

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We stayed long-term for work and we had no issues at all. The place was extremely clean, comfortable, spacious, decorated nicely and is in a great location! Heidi truly went above and beyond for us! She is such a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend this townhome! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Iowa. I can't say enough positive things about our experience and the townhouse. Thank you for everything Heidi! You are amazing!

This was our middle meeting place. The apartment worked great, not only for our stay with our dog, but for bringing our company back to relax and play cards (or watch a movie). It was the same price as a hotel room, but we got a kitchen and separate bedroom. Angel was good at asking what our plans were so she could customize our stay. I would definitely book this place again!

Enjoyed the location. If a person had a boat it would be a great place. Nice area & very close to a beach. Everything worked well. Studio aspect is a little small especially for the price compared to other airbnbs we’ve stayed at. Loved how clean everything was and furniture wasn’t worn.

Back for class reunion, very nostalgic and nice to see how Clear Lake is progressing!! Would definitely use this place again, even in winter because everything is so handy!

I just want to start off by saying that I am a 24yo woman traveling alone for work. I felt very comfortable and safe staying here alone. The place was clean,cozy, and just as described. Michelle was extremely helpful and got back to me in a matter of seconds. I also want to add that I am from Florida and came here during a very snowy time. One of the days I was at work there was a complete whiteout. Michelle really surprised me by asking if I needed a ride back to the Airbnb or that she and her daughter could come to where I was working and she could drive my truck back as she is very familiar with driving in those conditions. Although that wasn’t needed, I greatly appreciated it! Just goes to show how great of a person she is. If I ever had to stay in this area again I would definitely stay here!

Very nice place super close to the lake

It was very clean and private right next to the lake.

Easy communication, beautiful patio and view especially when I had to be around during nap times or early bedtimes - I loved sitting on the patio!

The view was wonderful and right on the lake. We enjoyed the deck and walking out on the dock. Paxton was responsive and the beds were comfortable!

It was not Jessica who I had communications with. The person was Angela. The internet was down and Angela was repsonsive and very helpful. She even offered to have me switch to the other rental across the hall because the internet was down and the remote control for the TV was not working. In the end, everything worked itself out. The Internet company came out and fixed the issue the next morning and I found a remote control that worked for the TV.

This place was right on the water! It was perfect for a little get away. It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was a good size. Comfortable furniture. We loved it!
