David is a great host! The house is in a beautiful neighborhood with great views. David provided not only a list of recommended restaurants, but also menues to a lot of them to help you decide. There are plenty of books and guides in the living room to find activities to do in the area. The home is a short drive to both Jerome and Sedona. I also recommend spending some time outside at night and doing some stargazing.

Great place, very comfortable and clean. Peaceful and quiet. No restaurants or shops near by, so prepare or be ready to drive. Other than that, this is an excellent place to stay.

Oh my goodness, the home is incredibly clean, bedding nice, and they even welcomed us with a bunch of treats to munch on. Some great recommendations for meals and activities. We highly recommend staying with Paul and Larisa! Thank you both very much!

This was one of the most equipt AirBNBs I’ve ever stayed in! Tons of kitchen utensils, linens, pillows, and even a fan in the bedrooms! The home felt very safe. There is a ton of parking. And the home was extremely clean. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Fawn and Eric’s place was perfect! The home is in a very peaceful area and is in walking distance to hiking trails and OTC. It is nicely decorated both inside and out, with special touches, great books, magazines, maps and board games. It’s spacious, clean, comfortable with well stocked kitchen and bathroom. It was nice having a laundry area after a day of hiking. Just a side note, if you have knee problems or issues with steps, there are platform steps inside between rooms to be aware of. Other than that their place is very relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay here! Place was exactly as described. Everything felt and looked very clean and the home was cozy. Hot tub was kept extremely clean. Outside projector for movies nights was awesome!

Bob and his wife were very gracious hosts. The unit was comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely place to stay! Close to uptown Sedona and lots of restaurants. The guide that the hosts gave us was helpful to find restaurants and activities nearby when we didn’t feel like doing a ton of research ourselves. The hosts were super responsive and the Air BnB was very quiet and clean. Can’t ask for anything more!

A+ - Highly Recommend!! Abbi’s place was just what we needed! Super cute, very peaceful, & cozy. Easy to get anywhere in town. Hike right up the street to many trails. Unit had a bath & a separate shower! We got to meet Abbi & her little doggy Otti a few times outside and we enjoyed our little visits! We would absolutely stay here again :) Thanks Abbi!

We loved our stay in this cute little apartment. It is the perfect location, walkable to everything in downtown Prescott. Dinner recommendations were great. We liked the historic charm of the place too. Thanks for a great stay.

The place looked amazing with a beautiful view of the mountains and lower mountains.

Pam’s place was great. It looked nice on the website but was even better than expected in person. It is very spacious, up to date, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed. The place keeps very cool as well, it was 90+ degrees most days and we didn’t use the air conditioning once. The bed is super comfy and the curtains block out almost all light, making it the perfect place to get a great night’s sleep. Also a great view from the outdoor patio. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Yvonne was an amazing host & the property was perfect for our stay! The house felt very spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. There were amazing dining places nearby, and we had a kitchen that had all the utensils we needed. Our stay at Coco's Place was everything we wanted and more! It was the perfect home base for travel in the Sedona area. The area was calm and provided us with relaxing ends to long hiking days. Coffee shops and restaurants are plentiful in the area (all basically at a walking distance) and are all exceptional. Mark and Jami are quick to respond, provide access to condo amenities and a (extremely useful) Red Rock Pass, and we really appreciated their detailed instructions and local recommendations. Amazing hosts and great place! We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again!

Super cute condo, loved the Arizona decor. Location was outskirts of tourist Sedona, so just a tiny bit away from the busyness. I was worried the pool would be crowded, but surprisingly wasn’t at all. No complaints.

The hosts of the Lofts of Old Town are very accommodating in all regards, friendly, engaged and make the stay in the AirBnB a very enjoyable experience. This is the second time I've stayed at this property and we have plans and look forward to returning in the future.

This was the PERFECT landing pad for our adventures - the community pool was fantastic. There are restaurants, grocery, playground, golf course all in walking distance. The condo itself is small, but includes everything you need to have a great stay. Short drives to great hiking, everything sedona has to offer, still not too far from flagstaff and was easily drivable from Phoenix where we flew into. There was plenty of linen, the kitchen was adequately equipped (minus the extra dull knives) the shower was hot and the A/C was cold. There is WIFI, the neighborhood is friendly and safe, check in and out was super simple , what else can I say? I’d stay again, in a heartbeat!

We absolutely loved our stay at Jakob’s condo! It was cozy, clean, and close by to all of the Sedona hikes and attractions we wanted to see. The pool was a huge bonus! Thank you for a great stay!

Andrew was a great host, very responsive, helpful and kind! The place was awesome to stay in and within short walking distance to many great restaurants and things to do. We had a blast and would definitely stay here again.
