The stay here was amazing! The home is beautiful and was equipped with all the amenities you need. Additionally, the garage was great for keeping the car cool and away from the sun. The location is only 20 min away from Sedona which was amazing. Additionally, Brindy was super responsive and helpful during the stay!

This was the nicest rental I've stayed in in a long time! Not only was the space clean and inviting, the kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware and essentials. It was a perfect size for our group and we thoroughly enjoyed the front porch. We enjoyed walking to Old Town shoppes and restaurants and a number of wineries were less than a half hour drive. I'd stay here again if returning to Cottonwood!

David is a great host! The house is in a beautiful neighborhood with great views. David provided not only a list of recommended restaurants, but also menues to a lot of them to help you decide. There are plenty of books and guides in the living room to find activities to do in the area. The home is a short drive to both Jerome and Sedona. I also recommend spending some time outside at night and doing some stargazing.

Great place, very comfortable and clean. Peaceful and quiet. No restaurants or shops near by, so prepare or be ready to drive. Other than that, this is an excellent place to stay.

Oh my goodness, the home is incredibly clean, bedding nice, and they even welcomed us with a bunch of treats to munch on. Some great recommendations for meals and activities. We highly recommend staying with Paul and Larisa! Thank you both very much!

This was one of the most equipt AirBNBs I’ve ever stayed in! Tons of kitchen utensils, linens, pillows, and even a fan in the bedrooms! The home felt very safe. There is a ton of parking. And the home was extremely clean. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Fawn and Eric’s place was perfect! The home is in a very peaceful area and is in walking distance to hiking trails and OTC. It is nicely decorated both inside and out, with special touches, great books, magazines, maps and board games. It’s spacious, clean, comfortable with well stocked kitchen and bathroom. It was nice having a laundry area after a day of hiking. Just a side note, if you have knee problems or issues with steps, there are platform steps inside between rooms to be aware of. Other than that their place is very relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend!

Bob was a great host, very friendly and responsive. The house was also super clean and cozy, we felt right at home and it was the perfect getaway for our vacation.

A+ - Highly Recommend!! Abbi’s place was just what we needed! Super cute, very peaceful, & cozy. Easy to get anywhere in town. Hike right up the street to many trails. Unit had a bath & a separate shower! We got to meet Abbi & her little doggy Otti a few times outside and we enjoyed our little visits! We would absolutely stay here again :) Thanks Abbi!

Lovely place to stay! Close to uptown Sedona and lots of restaurants. The guide that the hosts gave us was helpful to find restaurants and activities nearby when we didn’t feel like doing a ton of research ourselves. The hosts were super responsive and the Air BnB was very quiet and clean. Can’t ask for anything more!

The place looked amazing with a beautiful view of the mountains and lower mountains.

Pam’s place was great. It looked nice on the website but was even better than expected in person. It is very spacious, up to date, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed. The place keeps very cool as well, it was 90+ degrees most days and we didn’t use the air conditioning once. The bed is super comfy and the curtains block out almost all light, making it the perfect place to get a great night’s sleep. Also a great view from the outdoor patio. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Yvonne was an amazing host & the property was perfect for our stay! The house felt very spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. There were amazing dining places nearby, and we had a kitchen that had all the utensils we needed. Angie’s the best. The place was quaint & cozy. A very comfortable stay down a private road. Close to shops, places to eat & scenic routes.

Super cute condo, loved the Arizona decor. Location was outskirts of tourist Sedona, so just a tiny bit away from the busyness. I was worried the pool would be crowded, but surprisingly wasn’t at all. No complaints.

The hosts of the Lofts of Old Town are very accommodating in all regards, friendly, engaged and make the stay in the AirBnB a very enjoyable experience. This is the second time I've stayed at this property and we have plans and look forward to returning in the future.

This was the PERFECT landing pad for our adventures - the community pool was fantastic. There are restaurants, grocery, playground, golf course all in walking distance. The condo itself is small, but includes everything you need to have a great stay. Short drives to great hiking, everything sedona has to offer, still not too far from flagstaff and was easily drivable from Phoenix where we flew into. There was plenty of linen, the kitchen was adequately equipped (minus the extra dull knives) the shower was hot and the A/C was cold. There is WIFI, the neighborhood is friendly and safe, check in and out was super simple , what else can I say? I’d stay again, in a heartbeat!

We absolutely loved our stay at Jakob’s condo! It was cozy, clean, and close by to all of the Sedona hikes and attractions we wanted to see. The pool was a huge bonus! Thank you for a great stay!

Andrew was a great host, very responsive, helpful and kind! The place was awesome to stay in and within short walking distance to many great restaurants and things to do. We had a blast and would definitely stay here again.

The property looked exactly like the photos and there was a nice ambiance. The property was great (the pool was a savior in the Arizona heat) and it is a quiet complex. Sharlene was very friendly and checked in on us over the app to make sure everything was going great in our stay!
