Cannot say enough about this amazing place! 5 star all the way. Views you can’t believe! Wonderful hosts always available for anything you need. Bed was amazing! Loved the hiking right off the property and the relaxing soak in the hot tub, steam room, sauna and pool before and after. You really don’t need to go anywhere else. We ordered food and picked it up right down the street so we could sit on our deck and stare at the beauty of the place while we had dinner. Wonderful wine available in your room. I will definitely be back!!! Ps….incredible massage steps away from our room as well. Pay the money ! GO! You will be happy you did!! Barbara and Brian

Wonderful home where our whole family enjoyed our stay! The hosts were helpful and responsive whenever we had questions! The pool was the highlight for us… grand parents to grand baby! There were even pool toys there. Big living room tv and comfy sofa was fun! Incredible neighborhood right between Oak Creek and Sedona so everything was easily accessible, including golf, hike shuttles and pizza pickups for evenings by the pool. We also grilled two meals and at outside. Perfect experience for us. We hope to be back to Sedona and will stay here again!

The place exceeded expectations and Chris was available if we needed anything. Because of his attention to detail we wanted for nothing. We will be back.

We had a great time ,very beautiful home ,garden and heated pool . Lots of room for big families to vacation together .we really enjoyed the back porch. Very close to Sedona and Jerome.Lots of hiking trails near by .I will recommend this home to my family and friends.

We had the best time staying at Carrie’s home in Sedona for our girls trip! The house was so spacious, relaxing, and perfect for a group. The pool was a dream and such a great way to unwind after hiking or exploring. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essential appliances, cookware, and silverware, which made meals super easy. The location couldn’t be better — just a short drive to all the best trails, shops, and restaurants. We loved everything about our stay and would absolutely recommend this home for any group getaway!

Just spent my 50th birthday at this house with 3 girl friends. The house was perfect for a girls weekend. Close to hikes and restaurants. Spent many hours at the pool in backyard and every night in hot tub. House was beautiful and host was very responsive and helpful. Enjoyed it!

We stayed in Sedona for a mini-trip during a longer Arizona vacation. The listing was as described and had lots of games and entertainments for the kids, in addition to tvs in all the rooms. We had some trouble figuring out the spa but our hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Great experience all around!

Great stay. We loved the cabin. Room for everyone to sleep, spread out, and relax. The cabin is in a rural area, which makes it a very relaxing quiet stay. Downtown Cottonwood right down Main Street as is Safeway and Dairy Queen. Sedona 20 minutes away. We all enjoyed what Cottonwood had to offer. Host communicated well, and messaged us immediately. Tiffany was a fabulous host. her communication skills were excellent and easy to follow, and the home itself has explanations for everything necessary. the space itself is a beautiful little home in a cozy neighborhood with a 4 minute walk to old town cottonwood. This was an excellent trip and this rental, along with Tiffany's phenomenal hosting skill, was A+ all around.

We had a fantastic stay at Old Town Overlook Pool House! The home was spotless, thoughtfully laid out, and stocked with everything we needed. The living room was cozy with a large TV, the bedroom was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with double sinks and a large shower. The washer and dryer were a great convenience. We loved spending our mornings and evenings on the deck taking in the beautiful mountain views, and the pool was the perfect size and temperature. The location is ideal—close to downtown and a quick drive to Sedona.

This was an amazing place to stay near Jerome. Close, easy to find local restaurants and get groceries. I couldn’t think of any better experience.

What a beautiful place! The linens were soft, beds luxurious, the space was perfect for our family of five. The highlight was the hot tub and looking up at the stars at night after a long day of hiking. Perfection!

David is a great host! The house is in a beautiful neighborhood with great views. David provided not only a list of recommended restaurants, but also menues to a lot of them to help you decide. There are plenty of books and guides in the living room to find activities to do in the area. The home is a short drive to both Jerome and Sedona. I also recommend spending some time outside at night and doing some stargazing.

Great condo in the heart of Cottonwood and easily walkable to lots of great places. Our host was communicative and the condo was exactly as described and very well kept. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to spend a few days. Nestled in nature, isolated from other houses, very quiet and cozy. Well maintained house and amenities. We had an issue with coffee maker, but owner surprised us with brand new one! Seamless check-in and check-out. Be aware, there are no restaurants or shops very close, so just prepare yourself accordingly. There are plenty of options nearby though.

Great place , very close to Old Town Cottonwood. We really enjoyed our stay and it was great that the 4 of us each got our own rooms.

This was truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at! The house in Cottonwood is stunning—beautifully remodeled, incredibly spacious, and spotless. It felt like every detail was thoughtfully considered, with all the amenities you could ask for. The beds were super comfortable, the showers were huge, and the whole place had such a cozy, welcoming vibe. We especially loved the panoramic sunrise views—absolutely breathtaking to wake up to. It’s just a short drive to Sedona, making it a perfect home base for exploring the area. We were so impressed and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Great spot! Well taken care of, clean. I would absolutely stay here again. The old downtown area is very close but you still feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere. Everything was perfect! I would absolutely recommend 11/10
