What a lovely spot to stay! The rental is quite large, with a spacious downstairs and a nice bedroom upstairs, and the views are amazing. It is located in a gorgeous part of Tuscany. Hosts were friendly. I especially appreciated the hot tub!

From the moment we walked through the entry gate, we knew this was going to be a very special place to stay. The views of the Tuscan countryside were amazing. The interior was so charming - beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Giulia, the host was so thoughtful - even providing us with a wonderful welcome snack. The pool was refreshing and the gardens beautiful. Fantastic location - we could get to all our destinations within an hour. We loved every minute and definitely hope to return some day!!

We had a wonderful stay at Luca’s and the view cannot be beat! Luca went above expectations by meeting us at checkin to show us where to park and taking our luggage to and from the unit. Hope to stay here again one day!

Teo and Paolo’s farm is a truly special place. The property is serene and peaceful, surrounded by nature and full of charm. The unit has a beautiful rustic feel that makes you feel grounded and connected to the land. I loved waking up to watch the horses just outside and seeing the cows pass by in the evening right in front of my door. It’s the kind of stay that gives you space to slow down, to read in the garden, walk through the greenery, and enjoy the stillness. I felt like I had room to breathe, reflect, and just enjoy being present. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Norma was an absolute treasure, and her home and family were lovely. The property sits overlooking a lovely castle and a beautiful church with great views on the other side. The property has a great pool with plenty of privacy or interaction with the family, I only wish I spoke more Italian to be able to sit and chat with her lovely in-laws! Norma offered great recommendations for day trips, and overall the local area was great to explore. My only advice would be the usual: rent a smaller car to make life easier! Sitting on the patio overlooking the castle, with a glass of wine, is a memory we will never forget, and is highly recommended. Whether during the day or after the sun has gone down and the fireflies comes out (weather permitting) it's a Tuscan treat you won't want to miss. We truly felt like a part of the family and would love to return to her home the next time we come back. Truly a wonderful experience!

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at Jenny’s Barn as part of our honeymoon! Jenny was so helpful, and had great recommendations. The place was so quiet, peaceful, and private. We enjoyed having dinner and breakfast every day on the patio. Everything was so well stocked and thoughtful! We definitely recommend!

Paula has not only created a beautiful sanctuary that perfectly reflects Tuscan culture, but offers wine tasting and a vineyard tour on her property. The location of this gem of a place is centrally located in the Chianti region , making it a perfect home base for day trips to Assisi, Firenze and nearby small villages that offer great restaurants and quaint shops. The region is cycling friendly, as well as offering places for day hikes. Staying here for five days was one of highlights of our Italian adventure.....and we highly recommend experiencing the perfect place to stay in Tuscany and the warmth and friendliness that Paula, Ferderico and her staff offer!!

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. We had a lovely stay here. The location was perfect—exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, quiet, surrounded by nature, with classic rustic, yet elegant furnishings. The villa is gorgeous with attention to design & detail. For 6 women, it was perfect for us each to have our own bedroom and space to relax. Each room had its own unique view and touch. There are also plenty of common spaces throughout the house for connecting together. The kitchen is large enough and fully equipped for plenty of great meals to be prepared and enjoyed together. The dining room is nice to enjoy a more elegant meal. The outdoor spaces are beautiful. We used the outdoor terrace for watching the sunset, enjoying brunch, and making pizzas. The washing machine and dryer are easy to use. The pool area is beautiful and there are plenty of outdoor spaces to go for a walk and enjoy the surrounding nature. The hospitality was unmatched from Tristan & Angela. I will absolutely book again and hope to return soon!

We had the pleasure of spending a night at Colonne, and it was the perfect romantic escape. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Tuscan countryside, Colonne offered a seamless blend of comfort, beauty, and nature. The views from the jacuzzi were absolutely stunning — peaceful rolling hills, farm animals wandering below, and the quiet magic of the land all around us. The dry sauna was the perfect touch for relaxation, and the decor was thoughtfully curated, creating a space that felt both elegant and cozy. Breakfast was generously provided, and every detail of our stay felt easy and cared for. Colonne is close enough to Florence for quick visits to the city, but far enough to feel completely transported into a slower, more beautiful way of living. It was the ideal setting for a dreamy, restful stay — one we will always remember.

What a great winery! The location is really unique, the accommodation is in the middle of the vineyard and very quiet. Alessandro our host was very nice, gave us a warm welcome and took a lot of time to show us everything (including the wines). We were also very happy with the accommodation, which was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed.

The main thing is Nada' s attention to every communication you sent, she responds the same day. Anything you asks for within reason, you get from Nada. It was a new experience for us in Tuscany but her property is combiniently located within 40 minutes to an hour and 30 from all the Tuscany turistic places.

We loved everything. The place is beautiful and decorated with love. The view is a dream and we enjoyed the hot tubs very much. Tommaso and Marta are very hospitable, welcomed us with delicious cake and bread and were always very helpful. We highly recommend the place!

A Perfect Holiday – Like Heaven on Earth! This place exceeded all our expectations. A stunning and peaceful location with breathtaking views over the valley, lake, and mountains. The house and garden were beautifully maintained, and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Mrs. Lesley, who was an invaluable help throughout our stay. She provided us with plenty of useful tips and advice on various matters, such as train tickets and local attractions. Thanks to her, we were also able to arrange a wonderful dinner at the villa – truly an unforgettable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this place – if we could give it 150%, we absolutely would!

This is the only place you should stay in Tuscany! It is the most special experience I could have wished for. The place itself is spotlessly clean, so comfortable with both beautiful views and walkable in a lovely village. In addition to all of that, it's also so unique, which makes the experience even more special. Leonie and Nicco make you feel right at home with welcoming products, treats and breakfast ready for your arrival as well as a range of recommendations based on your interests. As a solo traveler coming to Tuscany for the first time I felt like they introduced me to a community and daily ideas for the day, giving me an authentic Tuscan experience that matched my own pace. Tuscany can be very touristy and this stay is the best way to experience it like a local :) I will be back and stay longer next time!

It’s hard to describe just how incredible this place is. The garden is immaculate and pictures cannot do it justice, once you’re immersed in it and you hear the birds and look at the Tuscan scenery, it’s like you’re in a fairy tale. The owners have clearly worked incredibly hard to make this everything that it is, and my wife and I would easily plan our next trip around this place with more time here. The owners are also incredibly friendly and responsive, they welcomed us in and walked us around the property, gave us great recommendations for the surrounding area, loaned us an umbrella, and let us play with their dog. Magical experience and I cannot recommend it enough. We even saw fireflies!

If I could move in here permanently, I would. What a gorgeous stay with responsive and respectful hosts. Everything was as described, the hot tub was glorious, and we loved looking through the binder of photos of painstaking restoration over the years.

Beautiful apartment and location. Very peaceful. One of the shower drains is quite slow and we had to shut off the water mid-shower and wait for it to drain. Other than that it’s a picturesque town.

I am in absolutely awe of this place! The minute I arrived I felt at peace, exactly what I was looking for after weeks of busy cities. I had the absolute pleasure of being the only guest at the time and I felt completely at home - safe, secure and tranquil. The stone house is the most charming place, beautiful furniture, a well stocked kitchen and a smart bathroom. The pool is unreal! It’s huge and deep, the perfect relaxation spot. The views are just perfection, being slowly woken up by the birds and the sunrise is something I’ll never forget. Remus and his wife are such lovely people, delivering cherries, eggs and allowing me to stay into the afternoon on check-out day. Strolling through the olive trees at sunset is like something out of a book, in fact this whole place is out of a fairytale. I honestly feel honoured to have stayed here, I will absolutely be back with friends and family. Bonus - I was working out there and the wifi is great.

We stayed in the rafaello apartment. It was very private. One of our favorite parts of our entire week in tuscany was sitting outside on the porch overlooking the olive trees while eating dinner and drinking wine. We did that several nights including the first night when Massimo prepared a light dinner for us and we drank a bottle of his wine. Another night we did a cooking class with Massimo and enjoyed our pasta, tiramisu (and of course wine) on our porch. We did various daytrips ( greve, castellini, montepulciano, pienza, san gimignano). All within 45-90 minute trips by car. Finally, we looked forward to getting greetings each morning when we left and evening when we returned from one of the cutest and friendliest dogs (iris).

We will definitely be back! The location is about 30-40 minutes from the main city in Florence. Federico recommended we rent a car but we didn’t want to drive in an area we were unfamiliar with. We were provided with the bus schedule which was very easy to take to the city. We planned ahead and bought some groceries in Florence before heading back to the property. We got lucky with getting taxis at the property to eat at a nearby restaurant (Ristorante San Martino) but it wasn’t as convenient as getting one in Florence (had to wait a bit). The place was just as described, very relaxing and just what we wanted! All in all a great experience. We were so sad to leave!

Wonderful stay! The place was clean, well equipped and exactly as described. The communication with the hostess Alice was super friendly and straightforward. Gladly again – absolutely recommended!

Alessandro's apartment is an absolute dream! We spent a week there after a wedding celebration in Tuscany and could not have enjoyed our time there more! The apartment is very pretty and well thought-out. The house sits in a 8 acre property that we were able to use as well. Our dog absolutely loved it, too! The lush green garden gave the location a very special feel, evening fireflies and starry skies included. Alessandro is a wonderful host, very personable and kind. I don't think I've ever met a host that was so friendly and open. A truly unique experience! I highly recommend staying at Alessandro's :)
