House vacation rentals in Civitanova Marche

U Massimo czuliśmy się jak w domu. Wszystko bylo takie jak powinno a nawet lepiej. Dom był duży, przestronny i bardzo czysty. Idealny dla naszej czteroosobowej rodziny plus psa. Miejsce jest położone zdala od zabudowań, więc można było odpocząć w spokoju. Ogród był duży idealny do spędzania czasu na świeżym powietrzu i do tego duży i czysty basen w którym można było się schłodzić w upalne dni. Kontak z Massimo był bez zastrzeżeń. Zawsze odpisywał w ciągu kilku minut i jak coś potrzebowaliśmy zawsze był do dyspozycji. W kuchni były podstawowe produkty spożywcze aby po długiej drodze zrobić sobie kawę i coś zjeść. Do tego dostaliśmy przepyszne wino, i jak tylko brakło zawsze przywoził nowe. W ostatni dzień na śniadanie dostaliśmy pyszne rogaliki. Bardzo polecam ten dom. Wszystko bylo idealne. I mamy nadzieję że jeszcze tam wrócimy.

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

Das Haus von Benjamin ist wirklich wunderschön und vor allem war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt (ausreichend Geschirr, Handtücher, Küchenutensilien). Die Kommunikation war Benjamin war super und aufgetretene Probleme wurden sofort behoben. Benjamin hat uns zudem tolle Restaurants und Strände empfohlen. Das Haus liegt in absolut ruhiger Alleinlage und hat einen tollen Pool.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unseren zwei Hunden sehr genossen. Der Aussenbereich ist mit Olivenbäumen und Pflanzen hübsch angelegt und der Pool lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Einzig die Liegen sollten in Zukunft erneuert werden. Die Gastgeber sind äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Eintreffen war sogar der Kühlschrank mit den wichtigsten Lebensmittel gefüllt. Als wir einen abendlichen Stromunterbruch hatten, wurde uns mit Kerzen und Taschenlampe ausgeholfen. Liebe Rosalba, Sergio, Laura und Francesco, herzlichen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft. Me and my family had a wonderful stay. The villa had everything you need, both inside and outside - and the surroundings was amasing. The host was very helpful - helped us to book both lunch at a restaurang and a wine tour. Any question that we had, they respondend and help us quickly with a friendly approach. Can really recommend to stay here!

Door de gastvrijheid van Erik en Isabelle voelden wij ons gelijk thuis. Voorbeelden hiervan zijn een drankje bij aankomst, vijgen uit de tuin kunnen plukken en veel kennis van de omgeving willen delen. Een omgeving waar stress ver te zoeken is en humor aanwezig is.

Wunderschönes, ruhig gelegenes, großzügiges Haus mit super netten Gastgebern! Die beiden sind einfach genial und super freundlich!! Der Pool ist top und man hat richtig viel Platz! Lediglich die vielen Stechmücken sind etwas lästig...

Le logement est situé dans un très bel endroit. La piscine a debordement est immense avec une vue imprenable. La maison est tres bien entretenue et le jardin magnifique. Nous avons été accueilli par Stefania mais avons passé le séjour avec Pia et Agno qui sont les parents de Stefania. Quel bonheur, une merveilleuse rencontre, très touchante et humaine. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous sommes vraiment touchés par nos échanges et si nous revenons dans la région, nous retournerons les voir avec grand plaisir.

Grande appartamento su due piani, all’interno di una bellissima casa tipica in pietra, con tutto quello che può servire e una grande attenzione ai dettagli. Location perfetta per noi, su una strada tranquilla di un paesino, comunque con la possibilità di raggiungere a piedi un ottimo bar e un piccolo supermercato molto fornito. Host molto responsive e disponibile. Sicuramente torneremo!

ci siamo fermati solo un giornata .. ci siamo subito sentiti a nostro agio. casa spaziosa e con tutto l occorrente..posto esterno molto bello x godersi un po di tranquillità e soprattutto ben recintato avendo noi 5 cani..se dovesse capitare ci torneremo sicuramente .. super consigliato..

Potrei descriverla con un semplice: “wow” . Posto davvero incantevole e casa stupenda. Curata nei minimi particolari con una bellissima vista mare. Abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni e posso solo dire che mi sono sentita come a casa mia. La casa ha superato tutte le mie aspettative, è stata calorosa, molto pulita e accogliente ( come anche l’host Angelica, che la ringrazio infinitamente) . Era dotata di tutto il necessario, forse anche più del dovuto! Si trovano raramente questi gioiellini, quindi posso solo che consigliarla! Un posto davvero incredibile!!!😍 Ritornerò sicuramente 😊😊

Ci siamo trovati benissimo sin da subito , Lorella e Massimo gentilissimi e disponibili host ci hanno accolti nella casa che é in posizione tranquilla e strategica per raggiungere le varie spiagge e località del Conero. Ci hanno dato varie info circa i luoghi più interessanti da visitare e consigli su locali e ristoranti tipici. Consigliamo per una bella esperienza nelle Marche.

This was a typical fisherman dwelling. It was really pretty, cosy, well looked after and it had all you needed. The location is superb with all the bars and the restaurants just few steps away, also the beach is nearby. The place is perfect for a couple. Manola was a very attentive and very helpful host. We had a lovely time!

Wir hatten sehr viele Staus und kamen erst gegen Mitternacht in der Unterkunft an. Den richtigen Weg zum Haus zu finden, gestaltete sich durch unser Navi auch nicht einfacher. Dank des elektronischen Check-Ins lief aber alles andere reibungslos. Es ist ein einzigartiges, toll designtes Haus, wo wir uns sofort wohl fühlten. Nach Civitanova sind es nur ca 15 min Fahrt. Auch in Civitanova Alta kann man abends in die Altstadt spazieren, um ein frisch gezapftes Bier, einen gemixten Cocktail oder ein Eis zu sich nehmen. Die Leute sind sehr freundlich, offen und hilfsbereit. An heißen Tagen sind wir auch gerne noch gegen Abend in den kleinen Pool gegangen, um uns ein wenig abzukühlen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, sowie auch das Haus insgesamt. Die Klimaanlage war auch sehr hilfreich. Es war einfach toll, morgens und abends auf der Terrasse zu essen oder auch einfach nur auf den Liegen/Liegestühlen zu entspannen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden gerne wiederkommen.

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

Cozy place to stay for a couple nights. The hosts were easy to communicate with and the place was clean. Short walk to the town centre. Would recommend.

Nous avons passé une semaine absolument merveilleuse dans cette maison en Italie. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu la belle surprise de recevoir un panier d'accueil rempli de délicatesses préparées par nos hôtes, dont un gâteau fraîchement confectionné, tout simplement délicieux ! Une attention délicate qui a donné le ton parfait à notre séjour. La maison est superbe, parfaitement équipée et offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour sans souci. Le cadre est exceptionnel. Depuis la terrasse, nous avons pu profiter d’une vue imprenable sur la campagne italienne, idéale pour des moments de détente inoubliables. La sérénité des lieux nous a permis de nous déconnecter complètement et de savourer chaque instant. Nos hôtes ont fait preuve d'une grande disponibilité, toujours prêts à répondre à toutes nos questions ou à résoudre les moindres soucis. Nous repartons le cœur rempli de merveilleux souvenirs et avec l’envie certaine de revenir. Merci pour cette hospitalité exceptionnelle

Abbiamo trascorso in 8 amici un fine anno e inizio 2025, in un posto splendido. Posto tranquillo e perfetto per trascorrere giornate in relax, tutto al casale è stato impeccabile, la casa è molto calda e ha tutti i confort a portata di mano; le splendide giornate che abbiamo incontrato, ci hanno permesso di scoprire i dintorni favolosi di queste terre. Vorrei fare un complimento a Valter, splendida persona che si è messo a piena disposizione, rendendo il nostro soggiorno come se fossimo a casa. Grazie a tutti, non mancherà il nostro consiglio positivo a chi vorrà soggiornare a casa Argentella. Un arrivederci a presto.

Lucia è una host premurosa ed attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti! Ci siamo sentiti a casa. L’alloggio è caratteristico, curato, super pulito e offre la giusta privacy. Lo spazio esterno ti fa sentire fortunato di aver scoperto un luogo immerso nella natura a pochi minuti dal centro di Ascoli. Il nostro è stato un soggiorno purtroppo veloce, ma ci ha lasciato nel cuore la voglia di tornare alla casa sul fiume al più presto. Grazie ancora a Lucia e alla sua famiglia per la bellissima esperienza.

alloggio molto spazioso pulito e completo veramente di tutto . comodo ai servizi anche a piedi...Giustino risponde subito ad ogni richiesta anche se non mancava nulla ....punto strategico per visitare mille cose ...ma florida casino ottimo consigliato

L’appartamento si trova letteralmente a due passi dal mare. È luminoso, pulito, arredato con gusto, perfetto per coloro che vogliono godersi la spiaggia senza dover prendere la macchina o camminare a lungo. La spiaggia in quella zona è ampia e sabbiosa, cosa che personalmente apprezzo molto (ho ricordi a Civitanova di spiagge coi sassi che non mi sono mai piaciute più di tanto). È possibile anche fare lunghe passeggiate in riva al mare, e raggiungere zone più isolate e tranquille. Noi eravamo in quattro e siamo stati comodi. In particolare ho apprezzato il soggiorno ampio e luminoso, provvisto di due finestre dalle quali si vede il mare, ed il bagno spazioso con una doccia davvero grande, dotato di un lucernario carinissimo che illumina molto bene l’ambiente. La cameretta è un po’ piccina se ci si deve dormire in due adulti con tanto di bagagli, ma ci si adatta senza problemi se non si hanno chissà quali pretese e/o problemi nell’usare un letto a castello. A pochi minuti di cammino dalla casa è possibile trovare negozi che forniscono tutti i servizi di prima necessità, come bar e supermercati. C’è anche un negozio di pesca, per gli appassionati come me. Elisabetta, l’host, è molto gentile e carina, non ci ha fatto mancare niente e si è rivelata fin da subito davvero disponibile. Ancora una volta le Marche si rivelano una regione meravigliosa, che consiglio a chiunque, sia per la bellezza paesaggistica in sé, sia per la gentilezza e simpatia dei marchigiani. Soggiorno assolutamente apprezzato, da ripetersi! Consigliatissimo!

casa con un'ottima posizione, vicinissima al mare. Eravamo una coppia con un cagnolone e abbiamo molto apprezzato la disponibilità e la discrezione di Pamela. appartamento tranquillo, ottimo come punto d'appoggio per visitare i dintorni e godersi il mare, anche d'inverno. Pulito e caldo. Grazie per l' accoglienza nella nostra prima (ma sicuramente non ultima!!) visita nelle Marche. A presto

Wij hebben een erg fijne vakantie gehad in het prachtige huis van Andrea. Het is een heel ruim en licht huis voorzien van alles wat wij nodig hadden. De eigenaar Andrea is een zeer vriendelijke gastheer die direct klaar staat als je vragen hebt. De gastvrijheid, het enorm grote huis, het prachtige uitzicht over de heuvels van de Marken en in de verte de Apennijnen, een fijn privézwembad (dat elke dag schoongemaakt werd door Andrea), het oude centrum van Montecosaro op loopafstand, een pizzeria om de hoek, een heerlijk strand op 10 minuten rijden, kortom dit huis is een echte aanrader!

Pobyt spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania . Dom jest nowoczesny -odpowiada opisowi i zdjęciom z ogłoszenia . W każdym pomieszczeniu jest klimatyzacja. Każdy pokój oferuje wysoki standard. Kuchnia jest w pełni wyposażona. Dom bardzo czysty. Dziewczyna opiekująca się willą ( Gaia) oraz właścicielka są przesympatyczne i bardzo pomocne . Zawsze dostępne, chętnie udzielały wskazówek dotyczących okolicznych atrakcji , restauracji i odpowiadały na wszystkie pytania. Podsumowując, pobyt w tej willi był prawdziwą przyjemnością. Wszystko, od wnętrz, przez basen i lokalizację było na najwyższym poziomie. Serdecznie polecam tą willę każdemu, kto marzy o relaksującym wypoczynku we Włoszech nad Adriatykiem !
