Ilkley Apartment

The spacious self-contained apartment was completed early in 2017. It offers very comfortable accommodation for up to three people and has its own entrance and off street parking. Situated in a cul-de-sac off the main road it is situated 0.9 miles from the town centre, slightly longer if you take the scenic route along the river; there is also a good bus service and good local taxi services. Ben Rhydding and Ilkley railway stations offer regular train services into Leeds/Bradford and beyond.

Lovingly converted industrial building with rich history, in the Yorkshire village of Clayton West, on the edge of the Peak District National Park. The surrounding countryside is very peaceful and quiet. The flat is self-contained, with an entry hall with kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bed-sitting room. Howden Nook is in a fantastic position to explore the Yorkshire Dales, (Skipton is only 15 minutes away), the historic village of Haworth (15 minutes), the moors for fabulous walking and the Worth Valley Railway is close by. There is good parking on the private road and by the flat. There is ramp access to the flat and rails to assist mobility to the bath/shower.
