Laura was absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly helpful, especially when our arrival at the villa was much later than expected—she greeted us warmly without any issue. She also went above and beyond by arranging a private reservation for us at the local restaurant, Il Convivio dei Corsi Ristorante in Raggiolo, which was stunning and served truly amazing food. The villa itself is beautiful and very private. We especially enjoyed the hot tub—perfect for the crisp spring weather, which added to the charm of our stay. We had such a relaxing and memorable trip in the mountains of Tuscany. Thank you, Laura!

Staying in the tower was an amazing experience. You can feel the history of this place. The surrounding is very well maintained with beautiful and peaceful garden with typical Tuscan flora. You can find everything that is needed for your stay. Renato was friendly and helpful.

We just checked out of this wonderful villa today, and it has truly been one of the most special places we’ve ever stayed. We arrived with my husband’s parents, my husband, and our toddler, and from the moment we got there, everything exceeded our expectations. Alex greeted us warmly, gave us a tour of the villa and the property, and provided detailed printed information about nearby restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, and wine tours. The property also produces its own wine, which was available for purchase and could be conveniently delivered to our villa during our stay. Alex shared his contact number and made himself available in case we needed anything—which we really appreciated. One of the highlights of the property was the stunning infinity pool overlooking the vineyard and offering breathtaking views. It was the perfect setting to disconnect and truly live in the moment. The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. Thank you Alex!

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Fantastic panoramic view from the property. Excellent location for day trips in Tuscany (e.g. Florence, Siena, Pienza, Montepulciano, Cortona or Arezzo) and Umbria (e.g. Assisi). Super nice and helpful hosts. Super garden with pool. Suitable for families with children.

this place is really a hidden gem. it's on the top of a mountain, very private, very quiet. the house itself is very clean, very well equiped and even better then in the pictures. if you are looking for rest, peace and quiet, go there. the pool, the garden, the terasses, are perfect. Also valentina and family are extremely friendly and fast to help with anything. would definitly recomend

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and fell in love with Assisi. Very helpful and responsive host. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed. The illy coffee was a nice touch. Wish we had stayed longer in this charming place. We hope to visit again soon.

We have only been back a few hours after a week spent in this wooden accommodation and we already miss it. So much greenery, tranquility and simplicity. Super host, always available and present but never intrusive. Very prepared for advice on the place and above all a pleasant person to listen to. His dogs are very sweet and very polite, they collaborated a lot with our two pesky Pinschers. We did not miss anything, everything was perfect and certainly repeatable. Great house, stayed here for four days. We don't have a car, so we can only choose a place with convenient transportation.It's closer to the train station and has a beautiful view. It's the best place for us! The host was very friendly and picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. Friends without a car can book a day tour, or rent an e-bike/electric car to get around. The room on the second floor has a great view. You can see the beautiful Tuscan countryside when you open the window. The natural scenery is accompanied by birdsong. The whole person is quieted, it's really cozy. There is a kitchen, you can buy cooking supplies at the nearby supermarket and cook your own meals (30 minutes walk). The room is clean and tidy, the bed is moderately soft, everything is very satisfactory.The only regret is that the pool doesn't open until May. I hope I can come back next time!

Beautiful place, everything ready with refreshments, accommodation quiet and clean ... Air conditioning functional, but almost not needed, because it was a beautiful classic Tuscan accommodation, where we definitely were not the last

We had a great stay in Sansepolcro, initially I was a little worried about parking as the listing says it comes with parking and then when Andrea shared where to park I worried this could be an issue. Although it's not parking at the property, it's outside the city walls it is also not so far to walk that it was a big issue and also was free. The rooms were as pictured including the fab views from the windows and roof terrace. As a location we found Sansepolcro to be a great start to our Italian tour with lots of fantastic places to eat & drink, sites to visit and friendly people. If you want to stay in the area and can manage the stairs it's a great place.

This air B&B was in a beautiful area of Tuscany with breathtaking views. The property had many areas to sit and enjoy the rolling hills.

What a beautiful place! Great view of the lake. Sergio was incredibly friendly and responsive. He gave us local recommendations and even made us a fruit salad. I will definitely be booking with Sergio again the next time we are in Umbria.

We absolutely loved our week stay here and couldn't have been happier. It was spacious, beautifully furnished and steps away from nearby restaurants and shops. Best of all was the huge terrace –it had insanely gorgeous views of the Tuscany landscape which never got old. Looked forward to our morning coffee and early evening aperitivo with the views of the Tuscan landscape. The views were fabulous (including a nice sunrise if you're an early riser)! We didn't have reservations for dinner one night and wandered just across the street to Rosso Rubino Trattoria. The owners could not have been nicer, and the food was delicious. Berardino graciously held us a spot in the coveted "Parcheggio 7" and drove our luggage up the hill upon arrival. He gave us a tour of the apartment and several great recommendations. It was a very welcoming start to our stay. It was the perfect base for exploring Tuscany and hope to return soon.

For anyone wanting to experience the Tuscan hospitality, beauty and Italian charm this is the perfect location for you! Families, groups, single travelers all welcome and provided appropriate accommodations . The views are picturesque and the owner and staff are truly dedicated to sharing Tuscany with you! The farm/winery tour followed by the wine luncheon is a must do! The entire staff is truly cares about your experience and happily wants to pass on their knowledge to you. Having the beautiful pool and patio was a perfect way to spend a leisurely afternoon. We are hoping to return this year for another Tuscan respite! Thank you to Chiara for sharing family home!

What a wonderful stay. Perfect house for a family holiday with plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful and the beds all king size and comfy. The outdoor space and pool are perfect for relaxing after exploring the local area. Within easy reach of exploring the Tuscan gems of Siena and Montipluciano as well as lesser known villages such as spectacular Montone. Alessandro was so responsive and helpful providing recommendations for wine tours and a local chef. The local restaurant Mimmi is not to be missed - authentic home cooked food that was one of the best meals we ate - and the bar was set high. Thank you Alessandro for a wonderful and memorable stay.

The accommodation and especially the garden looks even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures! The location is really beautiful, it is absolutely quiet and you have a breathtaking view of the Tuscan countryside. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying. The hostess was also super friendly, helpful and warm! We will definitely come back:-)

We had an amazing week long stay!! Sabrina is a fantastic host! The apartment was SO clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast each morning was very yummy and fresh! We did the dinner one night and it was so amazing! Location is great too. Easy drive to many close by towns, grocery stores, and restaurants. The property is beautiful with lots of flowers. A little too cold for the pool during our stay but our kids loved the swing set and teeter totter. Absolutely recommend staying here!

Giorgia has really created a paradise there and we are very happy that she shares this beautiful place with guests. Unfortunately, we could only enjoy the cottage for 3 days and would definitely like to come back. The house is small but very well furnished, the mattresses very cozy and water comes out of the shower with proper pressure - which is not quite a matter of course. The house is a bit off the beaten path, but thanks to Giorgia's really great videos, it's very easy to find. The garden (or rather small park) around the house is very well maintained and we were able to pick cherries and mulberries. Much has already been written about the pool - it really is THE highlight. An absolute recommendation - thank you Giorgia!

Nothing but positive things to say about our beautiful stay at Susan and Salvatore’s slice of heaven. The most stunning panoramic views of the lake and countryside. Something straight out of Pinterest or a magazine :) They were always super responsive and more than happy to help with local recommendations. It’s a great base to explore Umbria and Tuscany by car as it’s basically on the border to both. We would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks again for a beautiful stay :)

We absolutely loved our stay! The road to it is indeed a challenge, as correctly indicated in the listing. We do not have a 4x4, but a higher car, and took the longer route to the house. That took us a little extra time with each move, but we had that for it. The tranquility and the view are priceless. The cottage is sufficiently well equipped, we didn't miss anything. There was also great service included: in the middle of our stay, the house was cleaned for us and we got fresh sheets and towels. Also, the pool is cleaned and refilled 2 times a week. Manager Matteo was easily accessible for each question. As far as we are concerned, definitely repeatable!
