Characteristic country house with exposed wooden beams, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with bunk bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. The 2 bathrooms with shower. Large and well-equipped kitchen. Dishwasher, wood-burning and electric oven, espresso machine. Large garden with barbecue, swimming pool and a hot tub. Expenses to be paid on-site based on consumption: wood €8 per box, LPG €6 per cubic meter, electricity €0.36 per kW. Wood will be provided for a barbecue and a hot bath in the hot tub for free.

The stone villa is isolated and surrounded by the greenery of the woods. Here you will find peace, privacy, silence and unspoiled nature. This is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation. The villa was built in the mid-1800s by my great-grandfather. Then over the years it has been restored, improved, always maintaining the classic Tuscan style. We are located between the Val d'Orcia, Monte Amiata, and the sea. We are located 870m above sea level. The villa is about a 15-minute drive from Arcidosso.

Podere Carpineta is a farmhouse over 100 years old, located just outside Stribugliano at 650 meters above sea level, in the middle of an untouched natural paradise. The house is surrounded by 36 hectares of land with spectacular views to the sea, on clear days to Corsica. Carpineta is not far from the most beautiful villages and sights of southern Tuscany. The natural stone house has recently been completely newly expanded, furnished and equipped with the latest home technology.

Terra Delle Sidhe, Seggiano, Tuscany

Terra delle Sidhe is a small organic farm located in southern Tuscany overlooking a beautiful valley located on the slopes of Monte Amiata, between the medieval towns of Castel del Piano and Seggiano. A 250 year old chestnut dryer stone house in use till 30 years ago, the holiday cottage we offer is surrounded by an organic chestnut forest and olive trees that are hundreds of years old. This charming cozy house it has now been lovingly renovated with taste and simplicity.

We are in the beautiful Val d'Orcia, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site since 2004.
