What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Very nice place with a great view, very quiet and relaxing. The apartment was clean and cozy. The only inconvenience were the squeaky doors.

We had a lovely stay here. The location was perfect—exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, quiet, surrounded by nature, with classic rustic, yet elegant furnishings. The villa is gorgeous with attention to design & detail. For 6 women, it was perfect for us each to have our own bedroom and space to relax. Each room had its own unique view and touch. There are also plenty of common spaces throughout the house for connecting together. The kitchen is large enough and fully equipped for plenty of great meals to be prepared and enjoyed together. The dining room is nice to enjoy a more elegant meal. The outdoor spaces are beautiful. We used the outdoor terrace for watching the sunset, enjoying brunch, and making pizzas. The washing machine and dryer are easy to use. The pool area is beautiful and there are plenty of outdoor spaces to go for a walk and enjoy the surrounding nature. The hospitality was unmatched from Tristan & Angela. I will absolutely book again and hope to return soon!

Beautiful property with warm, welcoming hosts. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and everything is tastefully decorated The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for cooking meals at home. The pool was a great temperature, immaculately clean, and came with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The entire setting is peaceful and relaxing, yet only a 35-minute drive to Siena and 50 minutes to Florence. We especially loved watching the sunset at the nearby five-star Belmond hotel. We went for drinks at 7pm, enjoyed live music, and were surrounded by the heavenly scent of jasmine. There is no air conditioning but the fans were absolutely fine! Another highlight was La Speranza, a gorgeous deli serving excellent coffee, pastries, cheese, and wine. They kindly spoke English when we got stuck and made us feel so welcome.

We feel so lucky to of found Guido and his beautiful house. Firstly Guido could not be more helpful, so responsive, friendly and has the best recommendations! He made sure the house was spotless for our arrival, even the pool is so clean it was perfect. The house itself is stunning, stays lovely and cool in the heat but the garden is just drenched in sunshine. Guido has made sure you can bask in the sunshine by the pool or chill out in shade in the height of the afternoon. There are so many comfortable spots to sit in! The pool was lovely and refreshing when it was hot mid afternoon and looked beautiful in the evening. Tuscany is stunning, there's so much to explore - would heavily recommend a car for that. In walking distance there are a couple of very delicious restaurants and if you're feeling adventurous you can walk to the monostary nearby which is definitely worth visiting. Thank you Guido!

Hard to find a place like Maria’s, beautiful place and with such a friendly and helpful staff.

Thomas's Tuscany oasis was absolutely wonderful! It was peaceful and felt like a breath of fresh air. Thomas was extremely accommodating and assisted with everything that we needed. One recommendation for the guests is to just type in the gps coordinates into google maps to find the place a lot easier.

Where to begin? We had the most glorious stay at Fernando’s wonderful home. Genuinely, best holiday we have ever had and we will definitely be returning! Firstly, Fernando and his family were incredibly kind and hospitable! Fernando checked us in, gave us an overview of the wonderful villa (which is even more stunning in person!) and had left olive oil, pasta, cheese, wine etc. All the necessities! He treated us to a tour of the property on the penultimate evening, and his mother made us a traditional Tuscan dinner of meats, cheese, etc. The aperitif was delicious! Fernando’s lovely wife also spoiled us with homemade limoncello. Wow! We did not expect this and were pleasantly surprised! I hope we can repay the favour somehow someday. The property itself is stunning. You can tell that Fernando and his family invest a lot of love and energy into the place. If you’re looking for a break in paradise, go here! THE BEST! My first view out the small terrace was possibly the most beautiful I will ever see: a large mountainside of fields, olive and grape vineyards, quaint homes and large monasteries, winding roads and long high speed passenger trains! Inside, the design and materials of this home cannot be beat: a beautiful combination of 3000 year old history stocked full of modern comforts! Open the doors and windows and feel the breeze waft through smelling of honeysuckle and jasmine. Giovanni’s Castle on the Rock is just amazing. We especially were interested in the Orvieto tuff caves dug by the Bronze Age Etruscans. Beneath our feet were two floors of these caves, beautifully finished and lit with marble and tile floors and steps. Nearby were two more remarkable systems of caves: Il Labirinto and Della La Cava. The latter is less than a block away. Both are far better than the Orvieto Underground! Treat yourselves to this delightful discovery! It’s the perfect rest stop in a medieval city!

This place is definitely a piece of Tuscany Italy. it will always hold a special place in my wife's and my heart with how beautiful and amazing the house was and the town it is located in. it seemed very well located, close to hot springs, multiple other cities, beautiful country side with horse back riding, world class winery's, ect. She is a great host and I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anybody looking for a one of a kind experience in Italy.

We had a great stay at Antonio’s Place. Tbh. the pictures of the interior look better than in real life, but the balcony with the view and the location itself is simply one of a kind that you instantly forget everything else. If you want to experience the beauty of Tuscany, this is the right apartment.

We loved staying in this beautiful home in Montalcino. It was even more beautiful and unique than the pictures! My family of five loved staying here- lots of space for everyone and it was fun to be right in the 500 year old town. We especially love having coffee and wine on the balcony.

Exceptionally beautiful apartment furnished with a lot of love and taste in a beautiful, well-kept complex! The beautiful, well-kept pool is the icing on the cake that makes the complex perfect. We really enjoyed the four-course dinner under the stars, but there are also so many good restaurants in the area that you can't try them all. Chiara and Stefano are the perfect hosts, you can learn a lot of interesting things from them! They also attach great importance to sustainability, the facility is self-sufficient and only organic wines are produced in the associated winery.

A Tuscan dream. Some days I had to pinch myself to understand that I was not in a movie. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time in the area and also in the house. It was clean and tidy. The kitchen was unique and we also enjoyed grilling outside. We simply enjoyed it and felt at home. Finally, relaxation and tranquility, which you rarely experience. Thank you for your trust in this wonderful piece of Tuscany. For all those seeking peace or people who really want to experience what Tuscan flair means, a must-see. We will be happy to come back!

The location was absolutely stunning—surrounded by breathtaking views, peaceful countryside, and just a short drive to charming villages and vineyards. The host was perfect—so warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire stay. Every detail was thought through, and they made sure we felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. It truly felt like a slice of paradise, and I would go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the magic of Tuscany!

Alessandro is a very nice and thoughtful host. The place and the view is great. It has everything you need for your trip (probably best for couples or on your own). Having a car is almost non negotiable but that also makes it very calm and quiet. Groceries and some great ice cream are close by. Can only recommend!

Apart from the fact that communication was a little disappointing (this can also be communicated through a translator), it was really the best accommodation. I want to give a perfect score to everything from the location to the host. Our honeymoon was perfect because of the fantastic scenery and the warm and considerate kind diva. It's too far, but if I get the chance, I definitely want to come back. We pay respect, gratitude, and tribute to Diva for giving us the best experience. You are the best, Diva!

We had a wonderful stay at La Bandita! Debora is an amazing host who takes care of every detail. We were welcomed with thoughtful gifts – wine, pasta, homemade jams – a true taste of Tuscany. The house is beautifully equipped: spices, oils, kitchen tools, ice cubes, even toothbrushes and soaps in the bathroom. Extra towels, cozy blankets, and everything we could possibly need were provided. The location is peaceful and picturesque, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Tuscan countryside. Breakfasts on the terrace with the panoramic view were unforgettable. Communication with Debora was excellent – she was kind, responsive, and made us feel at home. We truly felt taken care of and appreciated every moment spent there. La Bandita is a magical place, full of warmth and charm. We’d love to return one day – it felt like a home away from home, and we can’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for an authentic and comfortable Tuscan getaway. We'd love to come back!

Apartment was centrally located in the town. Very walkable to shops and restaurants. Beautiful sunrises through bedroom window. Very responsive hosts, especially with getting to the apartment from the train station (no Uber or taxi services when we arrived, so my advice is to get off at the previous stop if coming from Florence or make advance taxi arrangements). The hosts were very helpful and called their go-to cab driver. Beautiful with town and can’t wait to return!

We stayed 4 days and it was just fantastic. The arrival was hassle-free and Flavia welcomed us very warmly on site. After a short tour of the house and a short briefing, the holiday could begin. A note with restaurant recommendations and excursion destinations was ready on the table. After a short thunderstorm, we had a power outage, but Flavia was immediately available and within 5 minutes we had electricity again. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible by car. I would recommend this place to anyone who longs for peace and wants to enjoy nature. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great stay. The house matches the description very well and is perfectly equipped. Consuelo was super responsive and helpful and even brought us some olive oil and lettuce from the farm ☺️
