There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

It is a hiking paradise and is a few minutes by car from one of the most beautiful coasts in Italy. The villa has a heated swimming pool that is available from May 1st until the end of October.
