Beachfront vacation rentals in Cilento Coast

I spend two days at the camping Apollo to visit the beautiful ruins of Paestum. The site is an old fashioned camping. My bungalow was nice. But most of all was the staff very friendly and attentive. We had lovely chats !

My daughter and I had a fabulous 4 night stay at Tiziana's home. It was exactly as described, near plenty of bars and restaurants. Napoli and the Amalfi coast are easily accessible, but Salerno itself is great. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The stay at Marina's apartment was fantastic! In October, the absolute paradise of tranquility and relaxation. The view from the apartment and shady terrace is indescribable, just a few steps and you are also on the great stone beach. You can also walk to the neighboring village, where there are bars and a restaurant that are open in the off-season. We hope to come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mirella’s home, and she is an incredible host! From the moment we stepped through the door, we felt completely at home. The house is inviting and cozy, with a spectacular outdoor terrace that makes it the perfect retreat. The views and location are amazing—just steps away from our favorite beach, and an easy drive to several other beautiful beaches. We truly felt like we discovered a hidden gem and can’t wait to return!

Alfonso was the lovliest host, and we feel so lucky to have grabbed up a weekend at his beautiful apartment! It's located in a beautiful 'village' feeling town, with friendly proprietors, musicians.. gorgeous food, drinks, shopping, and views! We can't recommend it highly enough!

Marilena is a wonderful host! Her space was lovely and such a gem with lots of space and amenities. We loved the balcony and the location is a perfect distance from the train station and the local restaurants/waterfront. Marilena kindly offered a very clean and welcoming space making it feel just like a hotel

We absolutely loved this stay! Absolutely immaculate with every needed amenity! Perfect location close to everything - shopping restaurants and the ferry dock is directly across the street! Great communication from the host!! This stay was just perfect! Out of 10 stars we’d give it a fifteen!!

I will highly recommend Paolas place to anyone. The location, the people and the amenities was worth any price. Paolo and her father were very kind and helpful if we needed any advice or help. If I could give this 10 stars rather than just 5 I would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hot Tub was a really nice addition!

Lole’s apartment was very clean and felt very new. Very secure. Tastefully decorated with matching blue & white in bedroom, kitchen & Bathroom. Beautifully tiled throughout, with access directly to the pool from the living room. Large sofa & TV (not watched), with good off road parking & easy walking distance to the beach. Lole & family were very kind & helpful. Very interesting area with the temples in Paestum. Easy drivable distance to Pompeii, Herculaneum, Mount Vesuvius & the Amalfi Coast! So lots to see & do, as well a beautiful beach. Definitely recommend & would return again.

From the moment we booked, Francescopaolo was in touch asking if we needed him to arrange ANYTHING prior to our arrival. He sent so much informative information and this was so helpful when deciding where to go and what to do. He is a wonderful man and will help you with anything you need. The location is perfect to get to the ferry that will take you to the other islands. The home is very secure and private. Luckily, there is an elevator for your luggage so you do not need to bring it up and down the stairs. The bathrooms are a little small however, this is to be expected in a home that was built over 700 years ago. The view from this home is absolutely breathtaking. The beauty of the terrace is exactly as it is pictured. In my opinion, it is one of the most beautiful terraces in Minori. Thank you francescopaolo for sharing your beautiful home. I look forward to returning in the future.

Edri Beach House was everything we'd hoped for, and was as beautiful as it looks in the photos. The welcome basket of fruit and box of chocolates were a generous touch and greatly appreciated. The pool and outside area were absolutely stunning - it was secluded and peaceful, extremely well maintained, with the barbeque an added bonus. We could have easily spent all our time here. Inside was immaculately clean, and contained all the essentials needed for a family stay, and we felt right at home. Raimondo was an excellent host - he was extremely friendly, helpful and gave several recommendations for things to see and do in the area, including answering questions before and during our visit. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We had an amazing stay here, and didn't want to leave - it is a perfect base to explore the Amalfi Coast, and we'd recommend without hesitation. It was really spectacular. The house is just beautiful, there are no others like it in the area. It’s very private and secure. You need only take a 5-10 minute walk, there is a small store one way, or a selection of restaurants the other way. The beach is literally a 3 minute walk and is gorgeous. I can’t say enough good things about the hosts. Just a wonderful family, so kind and generous. I am so grateful we found Villa Virginia and we hope to return again. ❤️🤍💚

This villa is paradise! Absolutely stunning views. Giorgia was amazing and super responsive before and during the trip, and helped us arrange a boat trip and cooking class as well as provide us with a lot of local info. There are a lot of steps down to the villa from the main road (as stated in listing) and then another 200+ to the swimming platform which is heaven! The walk to town is 13-15min and another 15 to the ferry. The road can be scary at night because there’s not a lot of lights but there is a driver that can take you to and from town for a very reasonable cost. We only used the driver twice in a week and sometimes did the walk to the town and back twice a day because we wanted the exercise. The house was perfect for our family of 4 with each of my teens having their own room. Tons of balcony space. Having a washer was a huge plus for us and the pool was a massive bonus! We’d stay here again in a heart beat!

This was our second time staying here and it never disappoints! The Accommodations, the wonderful staff and the beautiful grounds will keep us returning any time we are on the Amalfi Coast.

When we arrived it was out of season, but still loved being next to the beach. Bit of a job finding open restaurants, this is only because if the time of year. Saw enough restaurants getting ready for the season to know there would be lots to choose from. Nina was a great host and extremely helpful. Loved the stay. Thank you!

A really beautiful apartment in a wonderful location. Spotlessly clean throughout and well equipped. Tastefully modern but maintaining character. Great views from the windows and balcony. Linda is a superb host. She arranged an early check in for us and met us from our taxi. She explained all we needed to know about the apartment and the local area. We didn’t have any questions or issues during our stay but would have been very comfortable contacting Linda if need arose. She was always very prompt and friendly when replying to us.

Hemingway, rumored to have spent some time in Acciaroli, said of Italy, "Sometimes I think we only half live over here. The Italians live all the way." At Casa Speranza, I was afforded the quiet and space to access the the other half. The apartment was clean, simple, and walking distance to the Acciaroli beaches and the markets and cafes in town, and only a short drive (30-180 minutes) to some lovely walks and runs in Parco Nazionale del Cilento. Francesco and his mom and dad were very gracious hosts; check-in and parking was a breeze, and his mother Giovanna even went so far as to cook my partner and I acciuga in a red wine vinegar, garlic and mint as an unexpected surprise for lunch. We loved our stay here and would love to return!

I was looking for a quiet place with a large beach and I found it right here. The location is ideal: close to the train station, convenient to reach everything, but at the same time in a quiet area perfect for resting. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. I really felt at home. It was a fantastic experience and I would gladly return... In fact, I have already booked again. I highly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at Lorenzo’s house in Scalea. The house was very charming with a front porch to eat and sit. Lorenzo was very helpful with a taxi to the house and dinner recommendations. We had a very peaceful and relaxing few days and would love to come back!

I have so many good things to say about this place I am not sure where to begin! The apartment is nice and clean, the surrounding area is stunningly beautiful, the hosts are so warm and friendly, the amenities were perfect, beautiful sunny terrace, the local restaurants are incredible, there is everything you need in the apartment or close by, including lovely beaches. The hosts always respond immediately to any questions or advice needed. My husband and I speak English but I wanted to practice speaking Italian and so it was the perfect opportunity with friendly hosts who also understand English if needed, no problems, everything was perfect and I hope we can return in the future! Also we hired a car and parking was no problem, we parked temporarily directly in front of the entrance to the apartment during check-in, and then we were guided to a nice gated parking area very close by for a reasonable price. 👍❤️

Rosella is a very nice host and it's been very easy to communicate with her! the apartment is nicely located just across the street from the sea and it's been very clean. but one should be aware that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and due to high ceilings, this means 85 stairs to be climbed up. the picture from the rooftop terrace is misleading, since that terrace is private and cannot be used. the balcony that belongs to the apartment is also nice and has some sea view from one corner, but not comparable to the rooftop terrace. and there is only one sleeping room (not two) and a bed sofa in the living room. as previously described, the windows are very small and you can't look out of the apartment. it's no problem when the weather is nice, but may become dark during a rainy day.

We had a great time. Beautiful view and enclosed terrace for our daughter to walk around. The kitchen is well equipped and the house was very clean. It didn’t bother us much but worth mentioning there are trains passing by every now and then. Also, the living room is a bit small but that’s okay since you’ll be sitting outside anyway. The road is steep and may be challenging for some. Overall we would definitely book again

What a beautiful home in a beautiful location! Views were incredible, sitting on the balcony for breakfast was just perfect. The apartment was comfortable and clean. It had all the things we needed. The host Teresa was so friendly and helpful. We had help with our bags to the apartment from Mario who also gave us lots of useful local recommendations. I would recommend this place and definitely go back again. Thank you Teresa.
