120 m² house in the middle of the nature of the old Ilhabela water park, with 2 cozy suites with 43" Smart TV and hot/cold air. Charming living room with 65" Smart TV and hot/cold air. Full kitchen with large 430L Panasonic refrigerator, 1000 Mbps fiber Wi-Fi and private backyard with barbecue and private natural pool. Upstairs, a king-size bed suite with a view of the stars, bathtub, and balcony. Large balcony with pool table, hammock and bridge to the waterfall gazebo.

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. Located in an ARIE (area of relevant ecological interest), where the USP Marine Research Institute is located. Access to the property and 2 beaches controlled by land. An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing.
