Located on the slope between the beaches of Toque Toque Grande and Calhetas, in São Sebastião, on the north coast of São Paulo, Casa Pôr has a tangential view of the horizon as the central point of its architectural project. The scenery is formed by the beach of Toque Toque Grande, the city of Ilha Bela, the island of Montão de Trigo and, in the background, the Alcatrazes Archipelago, which, in the tangle of different shades between blue and green, transports its guests as close to the heights as possible.

Brand new, quiet and charming space. Suite with queen-size bed, reading lights and fragrant bed linen. A kitchen with a water filter, a two-burner cooktop and utensils for preparing meals. Very nice balcony, with a small table, comfortable hammock and swimming pool a few steps away. All done with affection to welcome people of good taste in search of tranquility. The serenade is provided by the symphony of the Atlantic Forest of Ilhabela, one of the most beautiful islands on the Brazilian coast.

120 m² house in the middle of the nature of the old Ilhabela water park, with 2 cozy suites with 43" Smart TV and hot/cold air. Charming living room with 65" Smart TV and hot/cold air. Full kitchen with large 430L Panasonic refrigerator, 1000 Mbps fiber Wi-Fi and private backyard with barbecue and private natural pool. Upstairs, a king-size bed suite with a view of the stars, bathtub, and balcony. Large balcony with pool table, hammock and bridge to the waterfall gazebo.

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. 7-minute walk from Camburizinho/Camburi beach Our house is very exclusive, practically the entire house overlooks the sea (except the bathroom lol), bedroom with queen size bed, ceiling fan and door to the balcony overlooking the sea.
