Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. Casa térrea ampla com terreno de 1700 m2, de frente para o mar. Piscina com profundidade para todas as crianças e adultos, lindo jardim com coqueiros e arvores a beira da praia e churrasqueira a beira da piscina. Passeios de barco rápido acesso a Ilhabela e praias próximas de São Sebastião (a combinar).

House in a condominium on the top, easy access, less than 10 minutes from the beaches in the center. The master suite is very comfortable, just like a charming hotel. Shower with large bathtub for 2, all glazed and overlooking the forest. Super comfortable queen mattress, new 43-inch TV, air-conditioning and deck overlooking the Atlantic Forest. The river is a few meters from the suite. Internet with two providers. Optional outdoor shower and hot water.

Enjoy all the comfort to relax in an infinity pool overlooking the sea and mountains, in front of Ilha das Cabras and with a breathtaking sunset. All en-suites overlook the sea, have air-conditioning and a large deck with a gourmet area with a barbecue grill, a wood-burning stove and a pizza oven. Easy access to Pedras Miúdas beach, a few minutes' walk away, where you can enjoy kayaking and diving. All this with the security of a gated community.

Located in an ARIE (area of relevant ecological interest), where the USP Marine Research Institute is located. Access to the property and 2 beaches controlled by land. In front of the beach, there is a floating bar for boats and there may be music.

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
