Casa Cachoeira is a private house, ideal for couples, located within the Casas D’Água Doce space, a 7,000m² property integrated into nature, featuring natural pools, waterfall, ocean views, and other well-spaced houses. The house offers privacy and a nature-focused experience with comfort and convenience. We are located close to the historic center and the island’s northern beaches. Charming loft,standing in the sand on one of the most beautiful and trendy beaches of Ilhabela. Carefully equipped to offer a comfortable and unforgettable stay,it has air conditioning,ceiling fan,electric shower with stall,refrigerator,sink, microwave, electric oven, coffee machine, and other accessories. Double sofa-bed, single bed, and two extra inflatable double mattresses. Outside we have a deck on the sand in front of the sea, a shower, a hammock swing under a treetop, tables, and benches.

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. House in a condominium on the top, easy access, less than 10 minutes from the beaches in the center. The master suite is very comfortable, just like a charming hotel. Shower with large bathtub for 2, all glazed and overlooking the forest. Super comfortable queen mattress, new 43-inch TV, air-conditioning and deck overlooking the Atlantic Forest. The river is a few meters from the suite. Internet with two providers. Optional outdoor shower and hot water.

The house is located on Pontal da Cruz Beach (see through the Waze App, as Google Maps recognizes it as Praia do Partido, but the address is correct). Spacious, single-story house with 1,700 m² of land facing the sea. Swimming pool with depth for all children and adults, beautiful garden with coconut trees and trees by the beach and a poolside barbecue area. Boat trips with quick access to Ilhabela and beaches near São Sebastião (to be arranged).

Enjoy all the comfort to relax in an infinity pool overlooking the sea and mountains, in front of Ilha das Cabras and with a breathtaking sunset. All en-suites overlook the sea, have air-conditioning and a large deck with a gourmet area with a barbecue grill, a wood-burning stove and a pizza oven. An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
