House suspended over the waterfall in paradise

Casa Cachoeira is a private house, ideal for couples, located within the Casas D’Água Doce space, a 7,000m² property integrated into nature, featuring natural pools, waterfall, ocean views, and other well-spaced houses. The house offers privacy and a nature-focused experience with comfort and convenience. We are located close to the historic center and the island’s northern beaches. A space designed for those seeking tranquility and easygoing days, in a welcoming and well-maintained environment.

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. The house is located on Pontal da Cruz Beach (see through the Waze App, as Google Maps recognizes it as Praia do Partido, but the address is correct). Spacious, single-story house with 1,700 m² of land facing the sea. Swimming pool with depth for all children and adults, beautiful garden with coconut trees and trees by the beach and a poolside barbecue area. Boat trips with quick access to Ilhabela and beaches near São Sebastião (to be arranged).

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing.
