The scenery is formed by the beach of Toque Toque Grande, the city of Ilha Bela, the island of Montão de Trigo and, in the background, the Alcatrazes Archipelago, which, in the tangle of different shades between blue and green, transports its guests as close to the heights as possible.

Wake up to the sound of the sea, surrounded by nature and a stunning view of the beach and mountains of Toque-Toque Grande. Cozy house in a gated community with private trail access to the beach. Perfect for families, with integrated spaces: a spacious living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen, a large suite, a second bathroom, air conditioning (living room/suite), barbecue area, and private laundry. Ideal for relaxing days with charm, comfort, and the beach vibe.

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain.
