Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. Condomínio Reserve du Moulin very safe, has condominium, cameras, round and nature! In this surroundings is the Casa da Fonte which is quite cozy, illuminated and ventilated. It has a full kitchen and air conditioning in the suites. We offer bed and bath linens prepared with great attention. Ah! It also has a water source to relax with the sound of the water. Arrastão Beach is 500 meters away and Padaria Elite is less than a 10-minute walk!
