Everything as per the description but one point worth noting. The internet access was outstanding. Basically 800 mb down and 300 mb down. Absolutely fantastic connection is you're having a working vacation and need access to video meetings and large files.

The apartment has two terraces with always sun or shade. On one side, beautiful views of the sea, beach and boulevard, and on the other side, views of the garden and mountains. The living room is very spacious and comfortably furnished. There is a nice shower and a good bed. The kitchen is compact but contains everything for a pleasant stay such as a microwave, percolator and spacious fridge with freezer compartment. There is always room to park the car behind the house.

We stayed at Elisa’s place for 3 days and were really happy there. The house is close to the sea (approx. 2 minutes down the road) and you can hear the waves at night. The interior was nicely designed, the kitchen well equipped. The direct neighbors were often gone during the day, so it wasn’t too loud. One must be aware that the walls are very thin, so you will probably hear the neighbors. If we ever come back to Sicily we would definitely stay with Elisa again - thank you very much.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa! The house was spotless and really well-equipped – everything you could possibly need was there. The beds were super comfy with lovely linens, and the whole place just felt really welcoming and relaxing. The pool was a definite highlight – clean, a great size, and perfect for lazy days in the sun. The villa is in a peaceful, quiet location which we loved, but you definitely need a car to get around and explore the area. Our host was absolutely brilliant – friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend for families!
