Susanna Villa

Ancient Villa of 1908, built to become a factory of essences of lemons and oranges,which grew in the vast citrus grove owned by the villa. Then renovated, the villa was divided into two houses of 110 square meters each. In fact, you can book both homes that can accommodate up to 8/9 people. There is an intimate inner courtyard and a large outdoor garden all available for guests to enjoy. The two villas are presented with a different style, there is a modern style villa and a classic style. The first , which can accommodate up to 4 people , is characterized by a modern style, with exposed stone walls and wooden trusses , and a beautiful and warm living area, which includes a modern kitchen, with a peninsula for breakfast, 55-inch TV, large relaxing sofa with peninsula, a large table for lunches and dinners, and small design details. Two bedrooms, a double room with an air conditioner, and an attic overlooking the living area. There are two bathrooms equipped with all possible comforts. The other villa, more classic and intimate, is characterized by an ancient style, also with living stone walls and wooden trusses. There is an imposing fireplace , which is the heart of the living area. An intimate kitchen for breakfast and aperitifs and a large table for lunches and dinners. This villa also has two bedrooms , one double with en-suite bathroom, where there is air conditioning, and the other a loft overlooking the living area, equipped with the Polifemo Ion refrigerator. There are two bathrooms equipped with all possible comforts.

A spacious terrace offers sweeping views of the sandy beach and the sea. White outdoor furniture is arranged around a table, creating a pleasant setting for dining while enjoying the coastal scenery. The entrance to the living area is visible through open doors.

The apartment was beautiful and perfect for a small family. We really enjoyed the pool. The house had everything you need and was super quiet and perfectly situated. Most importantly, Marzia was the nicest host ever. She gave perfect instructions and recommendations for the area. When we had a problem with our rental car, Marzia did not hesitate a second to help us find a solution with local repair shops. Thank you so much, Marzia!

Our stay here was the highlight of our trip…the home is beautifully furnished and carefully curated, bringing together old and new seamlessly, whilst keeping glimpses of the ancient stone walls. We could have stayed for weeks and would have felt right at home. We loved the location from the sunsets across the hills, seeing the ocean in the distance and walking through the stunning landscape. The town of Scicli was one our favorites in our whole trip around Scicily, and the local town Donnalucata, had a great supermarket, restaurant and beach. The host sent through many helpful instructions on check in that made our trip so enjoyable and easy. Thank you Nick and Stephanie for a truly memorable stay and one we won’t forget!!!

We had such a lovely stay at Casi in Noto. The apartment was beautiful and had everything you need for exploring Noto and the surrounding area of Sicily. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars for an aperitivo locally and in other parts of the region. Finding parking was easy but can imagine it would be harder in a more peak period. I will be recommending Casi to my friends and family as a must if staying in Sicily. Grazie mille, Francesco and Marilena.

The villa is perfect for a large group or family that values both space and privacy. The garden is absolutely stunning, and the fence is less than 10 meters from the sea — you can hear the waves from the house! A car is essential, but well worth it: there are a few spots just minutes away, and the beautiful historic town of Siracusa is only 27 minutes by car, while Noto is just 14 minutes. These two incredible destinations will surely make your holiday in Sicily unforgettable.

An outdoor terrace area is visible, featuring multiple wooden picnic tables arranged under striped awnings. The sea can be seen in the background, along with several palm trees swaying gently. Soft light from a low sun creates a serene atmosphere.

We had a wonderful stay in Claudio’s beautiful and elegant place. The location was perfect for exploring Noto. Claudio himself provided lots of excellent information (Ristorante Manna a real highlight) and was always extremely responsive. We very much hope to be able to stay again.
