An apartment is available, which was converted from a larger building, renovated in 2010, and set in a 2,000-square-meter garden with pine forest and relaxation corners and which lends itself to the reconditioning of kite-surfing equipment. It is located about 10 minutes from the center of Marsala, about 10 minutes from the equipped beaches/lidos of the southern coast and 2.5 km from the Stagnone Reserve and from kite-surfing spots. The property is easily accessible from Trapani-Birgi airport and there is also the availability of transfers to and from Birgi airport (upon coordination). The property's surface area is about 50 square meters, consisting of a kitchen-living room, a functional kitchenette complete with dishes available to guests and a sofa bed; two bathrooms with shower for exclusive use, a bedroom with a double bed and a cot. In a wooden annex, there is the possibility of using the washing machine and another outdoor shower. The garden, with pine forest, olive and citrus trees, is shared with the owner, a dog and cats, but for guests there is a relaxing garden corner, under two centuries-old olive trees, with deck chairs, chairs and a table with the possibility of barbecuing. This property can accommodate up to 5 people. After coordination, two bicycles can be used and a means of transportation is needed for travel. We were very pleased with our stay. Even though Alessio was unfortunately not there that weekend, his father greeted us very friendly (despite the small language barrier) and was always available. Both Alessio and his father responded very quickly to questions. A super nice dog also lives there, she visited us often and wanted to play :) the apartment is very nice and modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need. We would come back:)

Amazing villa, everything has been finished to a very high standard. The pool is luxurious and has great views over the valley and the sea, and it's so peaceful. We had an amazing week stay. Fabrizio was great to communicate with, providing clear instructions and recommendations when we asked. The only thing to note, is that whilst the villa is very private with the adjacent buildings, an external property does overlook the pool and terrace. But other than that, absolutely perfect.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully renovated apartment in the heart of Sciacca. Jasmijn and Enzo are exceptional hosts: warm, attentive, and always ready with great recommendations. A highly recommended spot for anyone visiting Sciacca!
