Disponibile un’appartamento ricavato da una costruzione più ampia, ristrutturato nel 2010, ed inserito in un giardino di 2000 mq con pineta ed angoli relax e che si presta al ricondizionamento dell'attrezzatura di kite-surf, è situato a circa 10 minuti dal centro di Marsala, a circa 10 minuti dalle spiagge/lidi attrezzati della litoranea sud ed a 2,5 km dalla Riserva dello Stagnonee dai luoghi di kite-surf. La struttura è facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto di Trapani-Birgi e vi è anche la disponibilità di transfer da e per l'aeroporto di Birgi (previo coordinamento). La superficie dell'immobile è di circa 50 mq composta da una cucina soggiorno, angolo cottura funzionante e completo di stoviglie a disposizione degli ospiti e divano letto; due bagni con doccia ad uso esclusivo, una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e lettino. In una dependance in legno possibilità di uso della lavatrice ed altra doccia esterna. Il giardino, con pineta, alberi di ulivo ed agrumi, è in comune col proprietario, una cagnetta e dei gatti, ma per gli ospiti vi è un angolo giardino relax, sotto due ulivi secolari, con sdraio, sedie e tavolino con possibilità di fare anche la brace. La struttura può ospitare fino a 5 persone. Previo coordinamento si possono utilizzare due biciclette e per gli spostamenti è necessario un mezzo di locomozione. In prossimità dell'abitazione potete trovare tabacchini, supermercati, ristoranti, bar, farmacia, ortofrutta a km 0 ed altri servizi. We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully renovated apartment in the heart of Sciacca. The interior design is elegant and thoughtful, with seasonal flowers adding a personal and charming touch from Jasmijn herself. The view of the sea is simply breathtaking, and the location is perfect—right in the historical center, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and all kinds of local trattorias. Jasmijn and Enzo are exceptional hosts: warm, attentive, and always ready with great recommendations. A highly recommended spot for anyone visiting Sciacca!

Das Ferienhaus und der super angelegte und gepflegte Garten hat uns vom ersten Augenblick an umgehauen. Das Beste ist natürlich der unbeschreibliche Blick, aber auch das Ferienhaus ist perfekt. Die Küche ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen im Urlaub benötigt. Man sollte vorher einkaufen gehen und auch Trinkwasser mitbringen. Im Pool schwimmen mit der Aussicht ist grandios. Und wenn man ganz früh aufsteht, erlebt man einen unvergesslichen Sonnenaufgang. Eigentlich wollten wir noch ein bisschen die Gegend erkunden, aber dann haben wir uns lieber im Garten erholt und entspannt. Alexandra hat uns bei der Ankunft begrüßt und sie war herzlich und super sympathisch. Es war eine Wohltat, nach einer Rundreise durch Sizilien wieder mal ein paar Worte auf Deutsch zu sprechen. Viele Grüße an dieser Stelle und auch an Alex. Es ist das beste Ferienhaus auf dieser Insel und wir danken Silke, dass sie uns mit der Reisezeit entgegenkam und empfehlen diese Unte
