We offer our own nicely decorated and very well maintained condo, Netflix subscription and beach chairs & umbrella. Studio has a King bed and a sofa, a kitchenette with microwave, kitchen sink and a mid size refrigerator together with a full bathroom and a large balcony overlooking courtyard and pools.

Our ocean view studio overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the bay area is inside the Sandestin Resort on the 9th floor with a balcony. It is right by the Sandestin beach, recently updated and refurbished. Waterfall pool, heated jacuzzi and gym in the building. * Exterior building upgrades: Work on this stack of the building has been completed as of July 15 2025. Other parts of the building are still being worked on with minimal to no impact on this unit, the balcony use or the view.

Our condo is inside Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. You'll love my place because it is right by the Sandestin Beach, nicely decorated. I provide TRAM Access, reliable WIFI, Netflix with thousands of TV shows and movies and beach chairs & umbrella and a cart to carry them all to the beach. I have a King size bed and a queen size cool gel memory foam sofa bed, a kitchenette with microwave, kitchen sink, a renewed mid size refrigerator and one of the best view of the building .

A private balcony features a round table with four chairs, offering a view of the Gulf of Mexico. Palm trees and beach access are visible in the distance. The serene atmosphere is enhanced by bright sunlight and clear blue skies.
