Beachfront top floor unit, on a private beach, in two story building gives unobstructed sunset/ocean views. Located on soft white sand with on-site free parking. Perks of choosing this unit include gated resort with pools, beach service included (Mar.-Oct.), tennis courts, pickle ball, and par 3 golf course (included). Unit has fully functional kitchen and wifi included. Master bedroom beach/sunset views! Sleeps 4 adults with use of sofa bed in living area and additional cot-sized bunkbeds.

Relax by the lagoon pool, complete with a waterfall, hot tub, and poolside bar. YOUR Paradise awaits!.. They are doing exterior renovations to our building through October so there may be some noise outside as they are recoating the balconies and painting the exterior. I has reduced the nightly rate to reflect this inconvenience.

Our ocean view studio overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the bay area is inside the Sandestin Resort on the 9th floor with a balcony. It is right by the Sandestin beach, recently updated and refurbished. Waterfall pool, heated jacuzzi and gym in the building. * Exterior building upgrades: Work on this stack of the building has been completed as of July 15 2025. Other parts of the building are still being worked on with minimal to no impact on this unit, the balcony use or the view.

LOCATION!Baytown Wharf . One of the only studio floor plans with an L-shape layout making it feel like a one bedroom. Washer and dryer in unit .The wet bar- style kitchenette provides the cooking tool you need without sacrificing space . The bathroom is featuring a shower/tub combination. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room and lengthy darkening drapes will keep the interior cool and comfortable. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony!

Newly renovated condo with spectacular pool area close to the beach. *NO EARLY CHECK INS POSSIBLE DURING HIGH SEASON (March-October) during off season it depends on booking situation (back2back bookings) *RESORT FEE: separate charge not included in the initial charge. There is a resort fee due a few days prior to check in which we will request separately ($25/night). We have to charge separately as we are using a PMS that doesn't allow to add this charge. Welcome to your premium vacation rental at the Pelican Beach Resort! This 18th-floor condo is located directly on the white sands of Destin and it offers unobstructed & boundless views of the beach and the ocean. Our beach-themed decoration serves as an eclectic modern and traditional coastal style. The remodeling process has been completed in 2020, and some new upgrades have been made by the end of 2022. It is a perfectly refreshing getaway for your family!
