Condo vacation rentals in Choctawhatchee Bay

Had a great stay at Amy's Seamist condo. The view from the balcony right on the beach can't be beat, the condo was nice and comfortable, in great condition. The beach was not crowded at all (rare for 30A), and having a beach setup come with the rental automatically was very nice. Amy was very communicative and accommodating. We will absolutely stay there again.

When traveling with 3 young boys adventure always awaits us parents. We had a long drive in and Julie was very accommodating to our arrival and check out times. When we arrived we found a beautiful condo with all the extras needed. The kitchen was stocked with all that is needed to prepare meals. Plus a wagon to help get all the goodies to the beach. Julie’s communication throughout it all was beyond 5 star. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. After a bad host experience at our last Air BnB in New Mexico, Julie made me have faith again. I will definitely be staying at her place again. Thank you so much Julie from the bottom of my heart.

We loved this place! Fit all 5 of us perfectly. Even the pull out couch was comfortable. Loved how spacious the balcony was and how quick and easy it was to access the beach. We will definitely be back

Asta place was wonderful to checking in early to walking distance to the beach. Had everything to chairs and ice chest and toys for the beach. We really love easy access to the beach to the pool. We loved and definitely be coming back.

Lee’s rental is absolutely beautiful, clean, cozy and roomy! There was also 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. I loved it so much and will happily rent it again when I return. Lee was also easy accessible, kind, informative and patient as I had a lot of questions. The location is great - right across the street from the beach walkway and Santa Rosa is charming and quaint. I absolutely loved it and will rent Lee’s rental whenever I’m there!!

This host was on top of it with proactive instructions for check in, great recommendations on things to do, and everything stocked for a great vacation. Next time we will pack even lighter since they thought of everything for a great beach day and a stay. Beautiful condo, beautiful view, nice private beach, right near Baytown Wharf shopping and good eats. We had no issues at all. We asked one favor while staying there and the host went above and beyond to be helpful. Thanks again, we will be back!

As others have said, the pictures don’t do it justice. Has a stunning view and private parking which makes beach access a breeze. Dan and Georgina were super helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Such a great place! This was our 2nd time to stay at Kyle & Victoriia’s place. It’s super clean, spacious, and a convenient walk to the beach. Kyle & Vicktoriia always respond promptly and even saved the day by immediately brining us another Keurig when the one there wouldn’t work. That meant a lot to this coffee drinking family! We also love the backyard space for our dog- makes it so much easier! It’s also within walking distance to Stewby’s and Fubar Pizza- two of our favorite places to eat. I know we’ll be staying here again!

How has great communication and the location was perfect. Easy to access with a lot of walkable places and super close to Grand Boulevard.

The unit matched what the listing displayed. This unit was private, backs up to a pond with lighted fountains, and has secured entrance for both the unit and the community. It was less than a 5 minute drive to the beach and great restaurants. Responsive host as well. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again soon.

Christina and her Team were really friendly and responsive. We stayed with our 1-year old daughter in the appartment and it was a really good fit for us. It's a quiet place, no street directly next to it and just a few steps from the beach, some Restaurants/ Bars and a Minigolf course. So, everything is nearby. The appartment had everything we needed for our 4 Night stay. We can really reccomend it.

Being that this is my first Airbnb I’d say this was a very good experience. The location was great in the space was so pretty. The view from the room was amazing. I mostly enjoyed being able to watch the sunset and sunrise from the balcony. The included amenities really put this place over the top for me!

Had an absolutely amazing stay! Apartment was absolutely spotless when we arrived. Kitchen was FULLY stocked with any kitchen tool needed. Central AC worked great as well as the air purifier (which was really appreciated as someone with allergies). We also had a blast at the pool and the beach within walking distance! Already planning a trip back next year!

Perfect location, steps away from the beach. However, only 2 parking spaces are allowed (so you will need to fit your groups of 12 people in 2 cars). Bunk beds offer sleeping arrangement for 6 people, but have to deal with the squeaking noise from the bed frames. Other than that, good value for the money!

Fantastic for our Mother's Day getaway! Location was perfect for negotiating intermittent storms and toddler rest/snack breaks without having to lug a ton of stuff to the pool deck or the beach. Comfortable furnishings with more than enough basics available to continue daily operations even on vacation.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, clean, comfortable, easy access to the beach location. The unit was updated and has everything needed and most importantly the beach was across the street! Worth it!

Great place to stay when you’re in Destin. Excellent location, 5 minute walk to the beach (private entrance) as well as several restaurants. Was very close to grocery stores, food, and shopping, but still enough off of the main strip that it felt a bit more secluded. Room was very comfortable and clean. Internet and streaming services for the kiddos in the afternoons as well. We had 3 little ones with us (4 and under) and they had a blast. Was great not to have to load everyone and our gear into the car every time we wanted to head to the beach. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Tara was very helpful and answered all of the questions we had. Even brought us cupcakes when got stuck outside of the room for 20 minutes!

Our stay here was wonderful! The condo was clean and well appointed with every utensil, pot/pan, baking dish, bowl etc. you could possibly need to cook your own meals onsite. There were plenty of extra towels, blankets, pillows, linens, etc. and even a pack and play. The internet was fast. Ashley provided a closet with beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, floaties, coolers, and sand toys for the kids. I loved the easy access to the beach and the view of the Gulf from the balcony. The resort had luggage and shopping carts for ease of hauling luggage and groceries to your unit. My only practical advice is the two flip chairs that turn into single beds would not be comfortable for adults. Our 12 year old son didn't like the flip chair as a bed, so he comfortably slept on the couch. Host had great communication and was very friendly. You can't go wrong renting here, just not on the days I want to come back, please! LOL!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our beach vacation. The beds were cozy and we loved having the full, well stocked kitchen to cook in and the living room space was great for gathering. And the beach walk was short and sweet.

We were very happy with our stay. The resort is very nice with security everywhere. The condo is well equipped and very spacious. Love the two balconies and incredible views. We will come back again for sure.
