We were very satisfied with the apartment during our 4 weeks stay. The apartment included welcome gift, is in a safe area, very nice, clean and very good equipped, including a kitchen. The large balcony has a nice view of the beautiful Chipipe beach, the building has two nice swimming pools, jacuzzi, dry and wet sauna and exercise room. All is clean and well mainlined by dedicated building staff.

We enjoyed our stay! No more than 15 minutes to get anywhere in the area. It is a quiet and safe community. We were able to take nightly walks after grilling with no issues. The home is very cozy and could use some updates but that would not prevent us from returning. Everything that is posted is at the home and ready to use. Thank you for everything Janina and hope to see you again!

My stay was really very cozy and pleasant. The house is certainly complete, it has its spaces impeccably clean, very organized and complete, it is a very beautiful house and excellent for resting. The pool is great. My family rested a lot and we felt comfortable in every space and it was as described by Genesis, who was very attentive and an excellent host.
