It's better than what's shown in the photos! In a super safe, family friendly, well-maintained beach, the development has a playground that flows into a saltwater lake where you can go swimming or kayak, inflables. The beach super close to the house. The house has very good distribution : it has 3 bedrooms each with its full bathroom, in addition to that on the ground floor it has a room with full bathroom but no door, in addition it has an employee's room with two beds and its full bathroom. The phenomenal bbq area with ocean views, pool and hot water Jacuzzi. The gentleman who takes care of the house is very friendly and helped us at all times, he even helped us put tent and chairs on the beach! I would definitely go back to this house.

It is as you can see in the photos, excellent place, private, the attentions are first, there was not once I wrote to Roberto or the manager who did not respond in time and with a good attitude. An impressive quality of service 🤩 the apartment is comfortable and has a spectacular view. I can write thousands of good things about this place, we will definitely be back 😍

We really liked Patrick’s place. It was clean and foreseen of all you could potentially think of. The terras was a great plus. Patrick went through the trouble of foreseeing us of some basic food and protected the house as we have a toddler - we appreciated his caring attitude very much! Access to the place, the nice pools and beach were hassle free. He was there for check in and check out and made sure everything was clear - thanks again for a care free stay!

The Airbnb was spectacular. It was totally worth it, it is much nicer and roomier in person than the pictures. Every detail of the house provides a cozy and beachy atmosphere. It's close to everything. I travel with my group of friends and the truth we don't need to go out anywhere because in the house we had all the necessary environment to enjoy the holiday. The gentleman who takes care of the house provided spectacular attention, he was always willing to clear our doubts. Check-in was very easy and communication was always effective. I'd come back without hesitation.

The apartment is very spacious and in a location very close to restaurants and the esplanade. It's as shown in the photos, we found everything very clean and tidy! Additionally, Elizabeth is a very friendly person, she was attentive to us at all times.

great place to share as a family

My family and I had a great time. The house has a beautiful of the beach. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Josefina was very helpful and assisted us with our meals ( for an additional fee) overall our stay was very comfortable. The only downside is that there is nothing to do around and the shopping center is about 20 minutes away, in addition the kitchen is outdated.

Tatiana's apartment has a good location right in front of the beach, comfortable, secure and clean. I recommend the place.

Everything was perfect, very clean and it's a really quiet area. The rooms is large and the bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is very spacious and has all the necessary appliances for your stay. Jaime is really respectful and kind, he responds very quickly to messages. Special mention for gym sauna with pool, it's amazing! I would not hesitate to recommend it to others and if I return to the area, I would love to stay there again. Perfectly a five star!

Super friendly host. Always willing to help. The place is beautiful, a super large swimming pool and sauna, soccer field, etc. What you do need to bring is repellent and a mosquito spray. The house is well laid out and has everything you need. My family and I returned very satisfied with our vacation. Congratulations to Cristian. Regards

Everything was great. Nice apartment, spacious and comfortable. The place is organized and clean. Pets are welcome and the setting is quiet. Highly recommended. The secondary rooms do not have air conditioning but the breeze is fantastic if you keep everything open. The amphrition makes everything perfect.

An excellent place to stay in Salinas, especially for large families or large groups, it is even better than the photos. It has a beautiful view, excellent cleanliness is located in a central point near places where you can eat things and pharmacies and mainly near the beach is in a very safe building with a 24-hour guard and Gisela gave us excellent attention always giving us quick response to any questions or requirements and with great kindness a place that would definitely return.
